Daily Feeds Recaps

Day 42 - Monday - August 26, 2024

It was a busy morning. The debate about whether to renom Angela or Leah raged on, and on. Tucker confronted Angela about her anti-Tucker rally to Leah, Makensy, Quinn yesterday, which she admitted she'd done. He later gave her a hug and thanked her for being honest about it, and he urged T'kor to renom Leah regardless. T'kor finally told Quinn that Leah had thrown him under the bus, though I don't think she mentioned Leah's been doing that for a few weeks. Quinn urged T'kor to renom Angela regardless. Rubina let Angela know she was at the bottom of 6th Avenue alliance. At the time Angela said that would be fine but apparently it wasn't, and she peptalked herself getting ready for the veto meeting that maybe they were afraid she'd expose it if she landed on the block. Angela told Rubina she didn't care about her and Tucker showmancing and she didn't think anyone else did either. Chelsie told Leah that she'd decided Angela was not behind the Instigator messages. T'kor told Kimo she wouldn't want Angela to go home if she puts her on the block, adding it would be a big move and could reveal a lot of cards, but she didn't want to be the one to reveal them.

When feeds went to adoptable anipals for the veto meeting, it was still undecided. Joseph was due to be sprung from solitary, and chances are good another Instigator message could happen during the meeting along with another info task for Tucker. They like to include those things interrupting ceremonies on the show anyway, and Wednesday's has two hours to fill up.

Cam used his veto on himself, and T'kor put up Angela in his place. They didn't get an Instigator message but apparently Angela created a scene before or during the veto meeting which could have been a factor on why the renom roulette wheel finally landed on her. Joseph was released from prison before, during, or after the meeting and when feeds came back, he was getting an info download on what he missed - from Makensy, whose game intel tends to range from faulty to hallucinatory. Joseph got a further retell later from Quinn, who included Angela's (inexplicable) turning against Tucker, and that she hadn't included Joseph's name when she announced the 6th Avenue rollcall, and that Leah had sold out all the guys except Kimo to T'kor in her campaigns. Joseph said he still has Leah's back but can't trust her, and he told Quinn he'd taken advantage of the privacy in solitary, and the chemical toilet tent, to "jerk it." Quinn said "I fuckin knew it." Quinn said he'd planned a funeral for Joseph due to his solitary. I don't know if that happened or if the return of Tropical Storm Angela took that spot, but I also wonder if Quinn was maybe wanting to do a pre-emptive strike in case Joseph planned to exit solitary à la Dan. Leah was in jammies after the meeting, so I guess she wore them for it. Again, no judgment, but this has become an interesting side game (and we need a new one since we lost Brooklyn). Angela asked if she'd made a fool of herself, and Cam and Chelsie told her no, she'd been "very composed."

Fallout included Chelsie making social rounds to check up on T'kor, Angela, and Tucker, who'd taken to his bed and talked about being done, he didn't care anymore, he'd throw AI Arena and go home to Ziggi. He told Rubina she'll do better in the game without him there, and "I'm done playing my game." Leah talked a lot at T'kor. Angela burst into tears in the backyard at the same time Rubina visited T'kor to tell her Tucker was over it all, and T'kor also crumbled into tears because she'd hurt people. Rubina asked T'kor if she should send Tucker up to talk to her, T'kor said okay, and so she did. When Tucker got to HOH he and T'kor had a many-minutes-long hug and talked it out with the usual BB buzzwords it's the game, he doesn't hold anything against her, and the like. And he said he wouldn't change anything he's done in there. Makensy went down a new conspiracy tangent to tell Rubina the Week 1 Have-not guys (Cam, Kimo, Quinn, Tucker) were a strong alliance and were still working together. Rubina took that to T'kor and they talked about forming a girls' alliance for real to run to the end. T'kor suggested they finally have girls' night in HOH tonight, and she wanted Angela included. (That was later postponed again, to tomorrow. Or never.) Angela told herself "we need another deep fake AI message to take this heat off me for now, lighten the mood." Oops. She's not aware how many of them are convinced she's behind those messages, despite Tucker trying to shift that blame to Leah.

Tension popped up suddenly with a short but snappy Angela vs Tucker confrontation. Feeds came in abruptly with Angela trying to explain herself, and Tucker cutting her off with "I don't care what you have to say to me, you broke my heart." And he said he really was going to take her to F3 but she threw it away. She kept going, like she does, and he got up and walked away. She still kept going, saying "I'm not upset with you," and he said "I am upset with you" and he muttered "leave me alone" as he got to the stairs. He got an AI Assist signal a bit later and it was a roundabout one. What's the capital of North Dakota led to the capital of South Dakota when others shouted out Bismarck. Tucker said "Perrier" (Pierre), and was re-asked for the capital of South Carolina. Tucker said Columbia, and was re-asked for the capital of Colombia. He said Bogotá and was re-asked what movie Humphrey Bogart won an Oscar for? He said African Queen and that was finally the end. There were a couple different goofy voices asking and re-asking the questions, like the goofy voices we've had in the past for various in-house tasks. Later he was asked to look up the original Rolling Stones names, which he did, and that question didn't lead to more.

Confrontation retells ensued eventually, of course. Angela delivered cookies to Leah and Joseph in the unicorn room to accompany her version. Tucker sat with Rubina at the hammock and retold his version, and then he said he'll stay (in the game) if she wants him to, and he'll stay if they make an F2. Rubina was being a little stubborn and unresponsive at first, and said she didn't want to talk about it out there. She joined him on the ground as he swore his feelings for her are real and he would have left already if not for her, and she said she doesn't know what's true anymore. He swore on his grandma who died recently, on his mom, and on Ziggi that he had sincere feelings for her, and she finally said "sorry, I had to question it, for a second" adding she wasn't scared of him in the way everyone else is, but because of how he makes her feel. And she said "what really fucked me up was someone saying you'll be the death of me" (in there), but she wouldn't say who said it (Makensy). It was a lengthy, angsty, and melancholy discussion with many tragic movie poster moments, but feedmasters were having issues getting both of them in the frame. Quinn eventually trotted up to them with a laundry issue or something, acting loud and giddy, and he stayed. Quinn seems to be missing the read-the-room gene but it worked. Kimo joined, the mood lightened (for now), and we move on to the next event.

Quinn punked a dozing Tucker by impersonating the AI Assist signal voice to ask about Charles Dickens' first novel. Tucker looked it up and said The Old Curiosity Shop, and BB played along by saying that sounds right. Except it isn't. The answer is Pickwick Papers, so it lands on the goof tally. Kimo, Rubina, T'kor told Chelsie about Angela inviting herself into Tanks/6th Avenue, and Chelsie said after today she no longer thought Angela was behind the Instigator messages, she now thinks it's Quinn. And she said she'd talk to everyone in the next few days about the vote scenarios but in the end thinks she and most will do what T'kor wants. Cam talked with Leah about who can and can't be trusted, Leah made rounds with some relatively accurate info, Makensy made rounds with some real/some imaginary info, and Joseph made a lot more rounds than usual, going to bat for Tucker and downplaying his strengths in the game, and he pitched his idea to T'kor to replace Angela in 6th Avenue with Leah or Quinn, but he also pushed to keep Angela in the house this week.

They had another Instigator message via AI Kimo. Again there was more talk about who's behind it than what it said. Quinn said he's now convinced it's not Angela, Kimo thought it might be Cam or Leah, then he agreed with T'kor it's probably Cam, but Chelsie said no to that thought. Angela had a long confession session to Kimo, saying she adores him, and she also adores Tucker and hasn't been bashing him or saying anything bad about him. She said maybe there was a small chance their F2 was valid, and she went down a confusing path about this is what happened with her first car, raising her kids, her marriage. She told Kimo to learn from her mistakes, and that she'd acted on impulse and should have learned from her own prior mistakes. And she said if she was mistaken about Tucker, she'll regret it for the rest of her life. Oop. Tucker came along to say his good nights and gave her a big hug, she apologized, and he said he'd even been thinking of throwing AI Arena to her. She said "don't you dare!"

I keep trying to cut back here because I'm not getting the site views I need, but they keep doing too much and I end up writing novel length recaps. So it goes.

Day 43 - Tuesday - August 27, 2024

Last night Kimo, Quinn, Rubina, T'kor added Mistfits to the season alliance stew. I have to wonder why they all keep doing this when everyone knows everyone's double-dipping, and most alliances are known to everyone sooner or later anyway (usually sooner). Also a number of them watched Rubina and Tucker kiss on the spyscreen, and cheered. They were locked inside early this morning so there was a lot of (loud) group socializing. HOH girls' night was planned again for this evening. Chelsie whispered to Cam to wonder how they could get one more vote to evict Tucker this week if he stays on the block, and they decided they'd wait til the last minute to do that. They called Tucker in to verify something? Tucker pulled Quinn aside, and then announced something to a big group, and got Quinn's agreement. I'm sorry I don't know what this was about (no flashback problems). Maybe it'll be clarified later. I'm only mentioning it in case it comes up again. Tucker told Kimo, T'kor, Rubina and later Joseph that he never had an F2 with Angela, and he told Joseph he thinks Angela and Leah definitely have an F2. Tucker and Joseph agreed Makensy should go on Thursday.

Tucker had another roundabout series of AI Assist questions, which he answered. Despite (or more likely because of) Cam and Chelsie's earlier anti-Tucker convo, Cam, Joseph, Tucker agreed to work together. They tossed out Circle Jerk as a name option but fortunately didn't keep it, and they left it unnamed for now. Tucker told them he'd been ready to throw the AI Arena to Angela before she went off against him yesterday. AI Leah called them to the living room where she gave a detailed grocery list if they want her to make dinner for them, and we were allowed to see it (a first). Many out here thought that was a lame Instigator message but Tucker's first one backfired so badly with Rubina sobbing for 20 minutes, not to mention how badly he was hit yesterday by Tropical Storm Angela, I don't blame him for softballing this one. Plus it got them all memorizing the items thinking they were for an upcoming comp, so that's a win as far as I'm concerned. Tucker suggested to Kimo maybe the shopping list would be for a Have-not comp after Kimo wondered if HNs were done, and saying he couldn't do another week of it.

They got another message we got to see, from AI Makensy "your favorite Texas girl" who said "the purple horse jumped over an orange cat last night while the stars shined bright, is that Orion's belt? Yeehaw." That was actually an astronomy lesson but they all decided it was for an upcoming trivia comp, and they proceeded to all study together, along with AI Leah's grocery list items. Tucker egged them on by again suggesting it could be for a Have-not comp. Tucker got several more AI Assist questions, some short and some roundabout. Rubina and T'kor swapped out blue HOH pillows for various pink ones for girls' night, and Rubina carved up a pineapple to make mocktails for the occasion. She told T'kor she didn't want to talk about her and Tucker at girls' night, but wasn't sure how she'd avoid it if asked. Angela stayed relatively quiet for the most part, but said she's been dealing with what she'd mistakenly created in her paranoia, and she was moving forward. And she eventually socialized a little.

Strap in for this one. Quinn mentioned Kenney trying to partner up with him (way back on Day 20) and that led to Quinn talking about other Kenney alliances, saying one was called Ballers. (Recall Kenney formed Shake It Up with Cedric and Tucker, which turned into Ball Players when Cam walked in on them.) Tucker never got the names right even at the time, but Makensy reported Quinn's story about Ballers to him, and he ran with it. He told Joseph, then Rubina, then T'kor that Ballers is/was an alliance of Cam, Chelsie, Quinn and he said it's probably been a thing all along. Tucker also told Rubina and T'kor that Quinn had approached him, Joseph, Kimo in the bathroom earlier to push for Angela's eviction, and he said that didn't make sense, asking "why would he feel uncomfortable going up against her?" Meanwhile Makensy and Quinn met in the pantry to exchange real plus faulty info, and he told her he thought he could get the five votes she needs to stay, and he said he could get the rest to make it unanimous.

They had more holo box messages around 7pm. AI T'kor rattled off a series of colors, clothes, accessories as tips and tricks to be a fashionista like her, and they once again repeated them all as a group to remember the details. That was followed by AI Chelsie who flipped the trivia script to say she's glad Angela tried to get Tucker out because she's her (Chelsie's) number one target, and also Angela doesn't stand a chance in the AI Arena. That one was met with stunned and awkward reactions, until Angela said "that's kinda mean." But then she said "guys it's just a game, I'm not upset about that, I did do that" and she said yes, she is intimidated to play the Arena. Tucker gave her a hug and said he loved her, followed by others. Chelsie said she hadn't said all that, and she too got hugs. I think Cam's the only one whose AI alter ego hasn't shown up in the box yet.

T'kor told Rubina she wants a unanimous vote, and she definitely doesn't want to break a tie. Girls night finally happened and all six women gathered in HOH which had been slightly redecorated, food was laid out, and mocktails were served. They cheers'd and gave each other props for being strong women, with comp wins, and the like. Angela asked what they talk about when they stay up so late, adding "it's got to be interesting to stay up so late" - that could come up later. They watched the guys in the spyscreen before going back to talking about their people at home, and they screamed when they wondered if Cedric and Angela's daughter had gotten in touch with each other. And they talked about often being hesitant to be themselves, especially at first, or to say something because of the constraints of the game, and how dehumanizing that can feel. That's a very real aspect of this show that isn't acknowledged or talked about enough. The guys cleaned the kitchen, which surprised and delighted the girls when they saw it. Tucker told Kimo about Quinn mentioning the Ballers, and Angela pitched an F2 to Leah who said she thought they already had one.

Cam told Kimo he doesn't feel he's been on the show much, that days go by without getting called to Diary, and he was only called once even after winning veto. As girls night wound down upstairs, boys night wound up downstairs. There was arm wrestling, leg wrestling, thumb wrestling, and a very, very lot of shouting. Kimo and T'kor said they don't really believe the Ballers thing, thinking it was paranoia on Tucker's part. AI Cam finally showed up and said "you're welcome for ending Tucker's winning streak, he's really just a pipsqueak." Tucker jumped up in faux anger at that, and AI Cam continued with a detailed phrase about orange sherbet and peanut butter. Rubina expressed doubts to T'kor again about Tucker, repeating how she hoped she wasn't being played. Later Kimo told T'kor "Tucker is in to Rubina, like really IN to her." Group charades, stupid hamster tricks, and general conversation carried on in the living room.

Day 44 - Wednesday - August 28, 2024

Overnight news included T'kor confessing her "secret" academic achievements to Rubina, including a full ride scholarship to a better school than she'd told them she attended, and that her boyfriend Jabari is in med school. And Kimo and Leah thought Cam might be behind the Instigator messages. Each of them asked him today if he was and he swore no, backed up with a pinkyswear to Kimo. Morning brought waffles, as usual on a Wednesday, and literal ones this time as Cam made himself a fried Eggo sandwich. He had a call to Diary this morning, maybe about the Instigator thing and/or maybe because he'd said last night he never gets called. I don't know if they do pity calls like some weeks have pity votes but I was glad he got to say a few words in there, whether they use them on the show or not. Tucker went on an anti-Quinn rant to Makensy, and he went down a tangent about AI Cam's "pipsqueak" comment that had crazy obscure references for why that word was used. (Used by him - you have to laugh.) T'kor and Kimo talked about the vote and wondered how it would land, with T'kor saying she likes Makensy more than Angela, but people might be inclined to vote for Makensy at the end more than Angela. Angela kicked off her campaign, telling Chelsie and Rubina she knows she made a mistake, and the usual rehash loops.

Quinn and Chelsie talked about feeds, and he said he doesn't watch them. And he said he'd tried to watch Pressure Cooker last year but couldn't figure out how to. Maybe he was lying but watching episodes and listening to Taran but never watching feeds could explain the weird combo of knowledge and gaps he has. Tucker and Leah had a check-in that was largely anti-Quinn. Leah popped the funniest line when Tucker said he's just good at comps and not the talk aspect of the game: she said he needs to get good at trusting her. Chelsie and Joseph had a check-in, agreeing they were both probably in good standing at the moment, and both said they aren't in any alliances currently. Chelsie said she would wait and see how the votes seem to fall, but she was hearing Makensy would probably stay over Angela. Joseph pushed to keep Angela, Chelsie agreed with his points, Leah joined and they did it all again. Chelsie said T'kor had asked her where the votes lie and Chelsie told her she should prepare for a possible tie. Per Chelsie, T'kor said everyone better get themselves together so that doesn't happen.

Waffling raged on, with Tucker continuing to push his anti-Quinn and keep-Angela agendas hard. Leah walked in on Rubina and Tucker making out and reported that to several in HOH, who already knew about them. Makensy told several people that Tucker told her to throw AI Arena to him because she'd be safe. Later she told T'kor he was "kind of insinuating that" but didn't actually say it. Joseph apologized to Quinn for trashing him recently, saying they'd started with banter but he knew Quinn's been getting it from everyone lately and he didn't want to dogpile on that, adding he'll try to be better. And they agreed they didn't want to trick Leah about the vote. Joseph continued campaigning to keep Angela and/or Tucker, and he usually included how he was "seen as the ringleader" of prior alliances. They were told they'd be getting takeout food and booze, and I think they decided on Asian food. That's probably for their halfway party, which means the feeds down will coincide with the episode airing, if we're lucky.

Feeds were down for their party until a little after 8pm, and they returned to a very loud countdown from nearly everyone in the walk-thru bedroom. When they hit zero, Tucker and Rubina came in from the next room, he carrying her, as they kissed. Everyone cheered, they continued kissing, everyone cheered some more, and Rubina cried. I was surprised how many apparently didn't know they were an item but it's easy to forget things like that from our vantage point. Some asked how long it had been going on and Tucker said he knew as soon as he saw her. He also said he knows "it can be detrimental to the game, but we don't give a fuck." Someone joked "how dare you be in love?" Tucker said "I didn't want to" and Rubina said "neither of us did." Congratulations and hugs happened all around and carried on for a long time. It felt like we'd missed a wedding and showed up late to the reception.

All that overshadowed the usual retells of the party fare but it was confirmed they had booze of course, and music, and pizza, and the usual photo cake, but I don't think its remains were shown on the feeds. Again. But we did catch a side view when several went back later for after-party leftovers. Apparently Quinn's photo was thrown away by someone, so he had a slice of Cedric. Leah and Joseph later wondered if Cam and Chelsie are also a thing, and Leah said she'd lose airtime because of Tucker and Rubina. (Who's going to tell her she's gotten hardly any before them?) Tucker and Rubina did some snuggling and making out, relieved to not be sneaking around anymore, and Tucker said he's ready to kick his game into high gear.

I don't know how the votes will fall tomorrow. It would be shocking if Tucker loses AI Arena and survives a vote, but it would also be fun/funny. I can see Makensy going versus Angela, in a split vote. I don't know what T'kor would do if it's a tie, but I'm sure she'd get at least one "I need an answer, T'kor" from Julie. For the sake of fun feeds, I hope both Angela and Tucker are both still here tomorrow night.

Boo for having yet another punishment task be based on books. Nice message to send. But yay for FINALLY including a secrecy clause with the AI Instigator task. Just imagine how many prior twists would have worked better if they'd done that before, this season and previous seasons. Sunday's edit along with their Instagram having some fun this year, plus including a hamster in last week's AI Arena pics, nudged them to ups. (FAQ reminder: the houseguests are the hamsters, I'm just the hamster watcher.)

She campaigned hard for Leah to not go up as renom, unaware she was the other option, then she publicly turned on the guy who used his veto on her when he was on the block. I've decided she's Lucy Ricardo because she keeps pulling wild stunts that rarely work, but she wants to be in showbiz so badly she keeps doing them.

PS Joking aside, mad props for completing her brutal 1000 orbs + decontamination task.

I'm glad he got a 24-hour break, but if he was going to have a self-service event in his toilet tent, he could have made his retells more fun like Howie and his jack shack, and less TMI/borderline creepy. Related to that, I discovered that three of the eight prior hamsters who had a solitary confinement task went on to win the game (Hayden, Dan, Xavier). That's a high percentage. I can't get enough of his retells where he says 'I put the alliance together' but like many of Makensy's theories, I think that one's become Fact for most of them.

He really came out of his shell during T'kor's HOH week and time will tell if he'll stay that way or retreat back into himself. He'll enjoy finding out his BB song was put to music.

She's doing a lot more gametalk than she was before, while still doing a lot of Leah-talk. I'm still not sure how effective her game is but it seems to be working for her, so who am I to question it. I have an unofficial side game underway to see if she or I get dressed first on any given day.

Makensy Manbeck - 22

Her game reads continue to be mostly bad to very bad, but when she comes up with a new theory she runs it into the ground nonstop, with Tucker's help because he's always happy to spread game rumors about anyone who isn't him. She was the one who kicked off the idea that Angela was behind the Instigator messages and that took root, then she said the first week Have-not guys are still working together and that one's caused doubt too. Now she's running amok about an alliance called Ballers because Quinn mistakenly counted Kenney's Ball Players as two alliances: Ballers and Players. I want her to get the deep dive with Taran after the season because it would be something to hear her version of everything, along with seeing her learn the real story.

I need him to stop shouting so much, and I need him to stop talking about his post-season plans. I'm starting to think he's only on the show so he can earn a spot in the BB alums club and do the podcasts, appearances, and cruises. I'd say I need him to be less perky all the time but I guess that's preferable to being gloomy or vacant.

It's kind of cute how worried she is about Tucker's intentions, and also kind of sad. Both of them were firmly anti-showmance coming in but here we are, so go with the moment and enjoy the closeness or put it on hold til after the show. Trying to walk the tightrope between those options is almost sure to guarantee a fall. Especially when she's also working with the girls who want him gone.

Her HOH week has been interesting. She predictably spent many hours holding meetings that rarely had any conclusions, and we weren't entirely sure who her noms or renom would be until she made them. If this vote is a tie, Julie might have to nudge her a few times to announce her decision.

Won: Weeks 2 & 3 AI Arena; 1 week AI Assist; Week 6 AI Instigator

HOH 1 - Veto 3 - Noms 2/0/2 - HN 1

Tucker Des Lauriers - 30

For as much as they all say they don't trust him, they sure swallow whatever tale he spins to them. He's had a hell of a week. He's in a costume, he's crafting Instigator messages, and he's got to look up random facts all the time. And he's having to reassure Rubina his feelings are real, while dealing with Angela blowing up his (sincere in my opinion) plans to get to the end with her. And now he faces another do-or-die AI Arena which he'll probably win, but his three-time veto streak ended this week so maybe his Arena streak will too, and he'll end up meeting Julie.

Brooklyn Rivera - 34

Married with kids - fan applicant

5th evicted - Day 38

She brought us a number of classic shockfaces for various blindsides, and she said 'this doesn't quite feel like Big Brother' when she was on the block and on her way out. I beg to differ. She confessed her sports dancer secret to Quinn (who told several), her Mrs America secret to Chelsie (who didn't), but I don't think she told anyone she's friends with Aaryn. Thanks to Cam, she provided a fun Michael Jackson side game out here for her last couple weeks. She never tired of saying she wanted a married mother to win this season, so I guess we can assume she'll be rooting from home for Angela.

HOH 1 - Veto 0 - Noms 0/0/1 - HN 0

Cedric Hodges - 21

Single - recruit
Former Marine
Boise, ID (orig Running Springs, CA)

4th evicted - Day 31

He prepped by watching analysis clips and didn't see any full seasons so he had an unusual balance of BB lore and knowledge. He was a good sport about being sidelined Week 1 and he used that time well, becoming well-liked by all of them. 'Young Cedric' was an ongoing, evolving skit and his own elaborate life stories usually had them and us in stitches. Between expecting volunteers for the block and painting himself into a no-win corner between his various alliances, his HOH was a disaster. Then he volunteered to be a pawn the following week and learned the meaning of 'pawns go home.' He was funny, genuine, wise and mature beyond his years, and he'll be missed.

Kenney Kelley - 52

3rd evicted - Day 24

He adopted Matt and lost him fast, then he won a veto, and the rest of the time he said he wanted to quit. He rallied a bit at the end when he teamed up with Cedric and Tucker, adding Cam when he walked in on them, but that got blown up immediately. He mostly sat by himself and shouted out his family, or he complained to others about missing them, so they sent him back to them.

Lisa Weintraub - 33

2nd evicted - Day 17

She's a legit chef/caterer and ran that into the ground, along with sprinkling edible glitter on everyone's food whether they wanted it or not. Tucker's rants about her were an early highlight, and she crumbled after Angela mocked her walk and called her a twit. Props for winning the first veto (rare for a woman), but she wasn't cut out for this setting. Most of that was simply being a bad roommate: she made (and wasted) food they didn't want, dabbed non-consensual essential oil on her roomies' pillows, propped filthy feet on food surfaces, and she never tired of telling everyone what a special and unique person she was.

Matt Hardeman - 25

Tech sales rep
Roswell, GA (orig Loganvilla, GA)

1st evicted - Day 10

He filled the pretty boy/brojock casting slot perfectly but didn't like Angela pointing that out openly and immediately. He was adamant about not being 'that guy' and to his credit, he did talk a lot against toxic masculinity. He cried after Angela yelled at him, but went out in high spirits with ginormous smiles for Julie.

Won: Control of the game

HOH 0 - Veto 0 - Noms 0/0/0 - HN 0

Ainsley/AInsley - 24
Surf shop worker
San Diego, CA

She lost two votes to join as #17 so reverted to her robotic persona aka Artificial Intelligence Network Self-Learning Entity, and became a comp host.

GAME TWISTS

-First and second move-in groups of eight voted against letting Ainsley join as 17th player, and each group played comps based on their votes.

-Losers Cedric, Chelsie were Week 1 mascots: couldn't compete for HOH or veto, couldn't vote, could be nominated.

-Makensy won America's Veto: once in first four weeks, she can remove someone from the block and viewers will instant-vote the replacement. She used it Week 3 after she went up as veto renom.

-Quinn won Deep Fake HOH: once in first four weeks, the HOH's AI avatar will announce noms Quinn secretly picked, and he can spread misinfo and rumors via that fake avatar. He used it Week 4 to take over Angela's 2nd HOH (everyone knew about it).

-Weeks 1 thru 5: HOH picked three nominees, and veto renom if applicable. The three competed live in AI Arena before the vote, and the winner came off the block.

-Week 6: Viewer vote to pick someone for AI Instigator (Tucker), who could spread rumors via others' AI avatars
