If Tucker goes tonight, it will have been a short-lived showmance that barely began, but if he doesn't go, sparks will fly with those two. The latest consensus seems to still be evicting Tucker over Kenney if they're the final noms, and evicting either Kenney or Tucker over the viewers' nominee if that's the choice. Here at Team Fun Feeds headquarters, we of course acknowledge that Tucker committed a cardinal BB sin by not using his veto on himself, but we also can't afford to lose him just yet. We'll see how it plays out. The Thursday primp-a-thon included Tucker styling himself a fauxhawk, plus mutton chops.Julie once again got her whos/whoms correct, and she's starting to sound more confident about them. The show covered the veto meeting fallout including Cedric ratting out the Ball Players plan as if it was all Tucker's idea, but they omitted the formation of Shake It Up and Ball Players, with Cam, Cedric, Kenney, Tucker being all in on the plan to renom and boot Quinn. And they white-washed the house meeting/fight that followed the veto meeting fallout, which is fine because it got nasty and they probably would have omitted the hugs and "it's just the game" afterwards that balanced it out. They ran some clips of those eligible for the nominee vote campaigning and pandering for votes. It was eight hours after the vote closed, but most of them needed introductions for the casuals anyway. Julie announced that Quinn won (lost) that vote, surprising nobody, and she said over 5 million votes were cast. At ten votes per email address, that'd be over 500,000 voters, but there was no email validation or other cross-checks involved so a lot of people voted multiple times. Kenney, Quinn, Tucker went to AI Arena which was called Data Dump, themed around another Ainsley software issue. The guys stood in booths with colored balls flying around them, and the first to grab 20 red ones and stick them in a tube won. That was Tucker, again, and he won it easily, again. There was some cheering when the results were announced to the others and the guys returned to the living room, but once again nobody took up Julie on her nudge to go strategize or campaign. Quinn gave a comedy speech, calling Tucker a no good dirty rat (using a few dozen more and different words than that), and he said he'll take him out because he's "the LeBron James of these challenges." Kenney's speech was dull and boilerplate, as usual. Brooklyn brought God into the voting booth, which pleased Julie, and Joseph sat down with a "what up Chenbot?" Kenney was evicted 10-1, with Tucker the lone dissenter. He told Julie he hadn't expected to be so emotional in there, which was an astounding and shocking revelation to feedsters. I kid, I kid. Julie wrapped up with a reminder to register and vote in the one that matters this November, and of course "love one another." Feeds came back at 6.23pm for two hours before going back to adoptable anipals for their HOH comp. Hamsters used that time to psst-psst and jockey for position for the upcoming week, even though they all know Quinn has and will likely use his power. T'kor and Kimo met in Have-not to power-whisper a plan to ally with Rubina and Tucker, and a little later Five Pointz was formed with a hands-in from those four plus Brooklyn. T'kor later told Kimo that Tucker had only told them and Rubina they were his core, which meant Brooklyn was at the bottom. She also said she was annoyed Cedric kept dropping Collective name around non-Collectives, and that this new alliance along with staying tight with Chelsie and Quinn would be beneficial for them. And they wondered if they should tell Chelsie about it. Brooklyn did that, and Chelsie then told Joseph that Tucker might want to form an alliance finally. Tucker said at various times he had to win HOH, and then calm down his chaos act for awhile. He also said he'd noticed the cheers from Cam, Cedric, Chelsie at his Arena win didn't seem genuine. And Angela told Tucker "I'm just gonna fuckin say it: Brooklyn, Chelsie, Rubina are running the show with the girls." Feeds returned a little before 10pm and Angela won the HOH, again. It sounded like spot the difference questions involving pics or videos of alums, where round winners selected the next pair to face off. Angela was obviously pleased, but said she didn't want to gloat, and was of course looking forward to her letter and pics. They all know Quinn's more than likely to invoke his power and overthrow her noms, including her, so planning around that began. Makensy told Quinn and T'kor she was terrified because she hadn't had a one-on-one with Angela "since the blowup." Tucker told Rubina he'd tell Angela to put him up so she could get close to Quinn again. Angela then met with her new (only) BFF Tucker, and they agreed Quinn and Cedric for her noms, along with Brooklyn, Cam, or Leah. They compared notes about Quinn's power, and Angela seemed surprised he hadn't told Tucker about it himself. Both thought his noms would come into play after hers are announced, but it didn't sound that way to me from Ainsley's description. We'll see. Tucker told her he'd thrown away Andersons, "Shakers" (Shake It Up) and "Players" (Ball Players) alliances, and acknowledged Cedric had told him the numbers weren't there for the renom plan but had never told him the plan was completely dead, and that's why he'd gotten so angry about it. Tucker also said Quinn's got five F2s that he knows of, and he repeated all that later to Chelsie and Makensie. He spilled to Angela about the brand new Five Pointz alliance, and he said he thinks Rubina's just playing flirty with him. And they agreed that Kenney had been right when he said Brooklyn was running the show. There was apparently some minor spat during the comp between Angela and Brooklyn. It sounded like Angela picked Brooklyn to go up to play back-to-back rounds, which Brooklyn felt was a personal slight. She and Angela hashed that out, it was "nothing personal" (it never is), Brooklyn said she's a mother of four and married, and they parted with a sniffly hug. Brooklyn then retold to Rubina, but she didn't sound like it was over and forgotten. Makensy braved her terror to congratulate Angela, and said she'd understand if she's an option for her noms. Quinn announced in Have-not with Rubina that he'll hold one-on-ones about his proxy noms to ensure the best chances of keeping Tucker on the block. Cedric, who ran his HOH by asking for pawn volunteers, volunteered to go up as one of Quinn's noms. Quinn was extremely loud and hyper all evening. They were happy to hear there are no Have-nots again this week. Angela finally hollered about her HOH room but got crickets because everyone was outside where they'd been playing Kiss/Marry/Evict and Truth or Dare, plus gossiping and gametalking, so she re-hollered out the back door. They trooped upstairs and were happy for her pics and goodies. She said she'd requested Morgan Wallen for her music (for Makensy?), but she got Fleetwood Mac instead and that was fine. (And preferable.) She read her letter from daughter Lexie with the teary, tiny, breathy voice we've come to know well, but it was clearly genuine here. Everyone stayed for longer than usual, and were loud, but finally they all left except Quinn for his meeting to (pretend to) coordinate noms. Both agreed their current public beef is a lot of fun. Angela asked if they could do the meeting in the morning and both said they'd hold one-on-ones tomorrow as well. Quinn said he hadn't told Tucker about his power, which got Angela's attention. He said he'd only told her and Kimo (it was Kimo who told Tucker, who told everyone else.) Cedric then arrived in HOH to say he expects and will understand if Angela puts him up, and she said Quinn's power was a factor and they'd work it all out tomorrow. Day 25 - Friday - August 9, 2024Quinn set up Have-not room as an office to hold his morning one-on-ones. He was highly performative (again/still) for them and for us. He donned a tie and play-acted as a lawyer for some of them (which Canada's Season 10 winner Kevin Jacobs did first). His goal was to put up Tucker and two others who would be most likely to ensure Tucker stays on the block. And he said he'd be making jokes via Angela's AI avatar, roast-style, and asked if people had anything off-limits for those. Rubina told him she was keeping her thing with Tucker separate from her game, and he told Chelsie he was thinking Makensy and Cedric with Tucker, and Rubina as renom if needed. He told us his hierarchy of his current F2s, low to high, was Angela, Rubina, Leah, Kimo, Joseph, Brooklyn. Angela said she wasn't holding formal one-on-ones because they'd be pointless, but she did have some individual convos here and there. Follow-ups and retells among the others ensued, like they do. Quinn told Joseph he'd locked in his noms in Diary: Cedric (who volunteered), Makensy, Tucker. That was just before noon, presumably early because the AI gremlins would need time to program AI Angela to announce them. And Quinn told Makensy he will vote, and gave his word he won't vote her out if she stays on the block. We still don't know if Angela will be physically absent during the takeover noms ceremony or what. Quinn had a mysterious-to-us mini breakdown and feeds went to extended fishies. That seemed to be about Tucker lying about his power to other people, and whether Quinn will pick a renom, and one of them apparently called the other a "lying sack of shit." Quinn told Leah earlier that Tucker lying about Quinn's power was using production as strategy (cut to fishies), but they let Makensy lie about her power multiple times before it was fully outted. Maybe there's a fine line in the rules if it's their own or someone else's power, but it's still messy AF. Rubina told Kimo and T'kor about her and Tucker clinching the other night (after booze delivery), which those two already knew about. Rubina stressed "nothing happened" (kissy-wise). I may have missed it, but I haven't heard any of them mention the possibility of a tie vote, which I assume Angela would break if it happens. And I'm also wondering how to count today's noms for the individuals' tallies in the Ratings section below. These are original noms but they're definitely twisty, so I guess I'll go with twist. Jumpscares have been happening regularly, and pranks kicked in today. Cam and Tucker added ranch dressing to the milk, Cam added tuna water and Worcestershire sauce to the Dr Pepper, and Cedric swapped cereals around into the wrong boxes. Quinn took a few swigs of the Dr Pepper and there was a major investigation about that. It's like James Huling all over again, and makes me fear if there are any blindside evictions in the future, they'll be ruined by someone. Kimo and T'kor had another lengthy convo about the status of everyone and everything, and they planned to try to find out what Quinn and Leah told each other in their one-on-one so they could compare versions. Kimo and T'kor have the most unbalanced ratio of feeds-time to episode-time of any of them, and possibly ever. Makensy spilled Quinn's noms to Angela, and Quinn congratulated Angela on her comp performance last night, and (re)specified to her how his power will play out. And Cedric talked about maybe not using the veto if he wins. Help. Feeds went down late for nominations but came back surprisingly fast, in less than 40 minutes. Quinn invoked his Deep Fake HOH power as we knew, and nominated Tucker, Makensy, Cedric via AI Angela. They did that in the living room and I believe actual Angela was present. There were some comments about how shocked they would have been if they hadn't known it was coming, and feedsters sobbed at the wasted potential of what could have been. Rubina and Tucker had a make-up hug, and he told her if he draws a Houseguest Choice chip for veto he'll pick Quinn. Brooklyn and Tucker cleaned the fridges. This is the kind of evening it was, instead of hours of Deep Fake fallout, but that's how it goes. Angela shared her HOH booze with several, including Brooklyn, Cam, Kimo, Rubina, Tucker. The backyard remained open, so veto comp will likely be in the indoor space again. A number of convos happened about hypothetical veto picks and wins, like they do. Joseph hatched a complex story plan in case he plays and wins, which he related to Chelsie while she was showering downstairs, and to Cedric while he was showering upstairs. Cedric said it was a smart plan, but then asked for a retell of said plan when Joseph asked him to let others know. Tucker said he'll go for prizes over the veto, if there are any. Cam walked in on Chelsie having another show 'n tell of his laundry and he asked her not to put his clothes and suitcase on blast. If he only knew. Makensy did some campaigning to Rubina, and to T'kor and Leah, and to Joseph, most of it being about being nominated, and that it must be for a Reason etc, and she hadn't had a one-on-one with Quinn. T'kor and Leah had been having a lengthy gametalk, comparing notes. Well, Leah did most of the talking, with T'kor asking questions and soaking up the responses. Brooklyn asked a group which of them believes we went to the moon. Cam said he believes we did, but he doesn't necessarily believe Earth has only one moon. Brooklyn said she doesn't believe we went there. I'd make this stuff up if I could, but I can't. Jumpscares continued, and most of them went to bed early. GET YOUR FEEDS to get the real story.
