Day 68 - Sunday - September 11, 2022
Taylor and Turner did the morning awnings and one of them attacked Turner. Fortunately neither the awning nor Turner were broken. Monte, Taylor, Turner formalized the F3 they talked about yesterday with a fist bump in the night, and they called it Two Guys, One Girl. Hey we're more than two months deep, it's hard to come up with creative names, especially when they're so busy all the time. Most alliances don't have a very good track record this year (understatement) but we'll see how this one holds up, or doesn't.
After a day of more napping than usual(!) Brittany and Taylor finally made their way to HOH just before 5pm to make their pitch to Monte to renom Turner. Yes, this came after Two Guys, One Girl (no cups) was formalized. Pretty early into that meeting Monte basically said no, but it went on for over an hour anyway. Monte said Brittany's pitch yesterday didn't help her cause with him, especially threatening him about her F4 vote next week. He brought up again her and Michael waiting on the Kyle dirt for so long, and asked why they didn't tell him and Taylor about that during Brochella week. They went back and forth, both beating a dozen dead horses to bloody pulps for over an hour. Taylor was mostly quiet but once in awhile inserted a well timed comment or question, including asking how Turner knew about their F3? Both Brittany and Monte said it wasn't them. And she said she was now going on the block for a fifth time, through no fault of her own, and she was stuck between the two people she trusted most. They wrapped up with Monte saying he didn't trust Brittany, and when he stepped out, Brittany cried to Taylor.
Monte then met with Alyssa to tell her Taylor would be renom, and they'll catch up again nearer the vote. Monte then met with Turner for a retell of the Brittany convo, as Alyssa, Brittany, Taylor mourned the impending death of their girls alliance. Monte and Turner joined them so all five were at the hammock, laughing how that would have once been a random convo but now it was the whole house. They got a booze delivery of two bottles of wine, and the selfie camera. Brittany and Turner opted out of the drinking, but all five herded together.
Brittany will obviously use her veto on herself tomorrow, and Monte will put up Taylor in her place. Then it's several days of campaigning for the votes, even though it's all but certain Brittany will vote to evict Alyssa and Turner will vote to evict Taylor.

Day 67 - Saturday - September 10, 2022
They were told last night that veto would be early today, and they were all in before 1am, but BB really meant early: they were woken at 5am and told to assemble in two minutes. It sounded like they then got a 30 second warning. BB wasn't messing around this morning: Monte didn't make it downstairs in time so didn't play - he didn't want to win anyway so that worked out okay. Brittany said she was putting on her shoes so carried them out with her, and Taylor said she didn't have time to put on undies. They played their comp and were back by 6.13am, and Brittany won. It sounded like a physical puzzle comp involving ladders, holes, and gears.
Various meetings and whispers broke out afterwards of course. I didn't even go back to listen to those because there's just too many continual lies, and I have no interest in tracking all that. One important item though is Monte promised Turner he wouldn't put him on the block as renom. Brittany's win made her finally get past her gloomy era and she was back to the chirpy, over-talkative version of herself. She talked at Monte for a very, very long time, rehashing the whole season yet again, various F4s, F3s, F2s, etc, and she pushed for Turner to go up and out, rather than Taylor. Monte stayed mostly quiet with a lot of "mm-hmm" responses. When she finally left, Monte told us most of what she said was "complete and utter total BS" and "she just talks SO much!" Truth. He said he didn't respect her game and while it might be more logical to take her to finals to win, he'd like her to go next. And he said he didn't like her threatening him about next week when there's only one vote (and he'll default to being on the block unless he wins the final veto). And he told us he'll probably renom Taylor and evict Alyssa if it's a tie vote. He'd previously asked Turner if he'd be okay with that, and that Turner could blame Monte for it, and Turner had said yes.
Brittany reported to Taylor, and among many other words, said how excited she already was about doing the F3 memories show. Alyssa went to HOH and cried, telling Monte she thinks she's the target because Brittany took Taylor into another room to talk about her convo with Monte, and she repeated "that's fine" a lot. Monte told her "I really don't like when people continue to lie in my face - it's not you, it's Brittany, my conversation with her was just horrendous." And he said he knows the girls thing is not real but both Brittany and Taylor kept putting pointing to Alyssa about that. Monte told her not to worry, it's still a long time til both the veto meeting and vote. He asked her to send up Taylor, which she did, and then she broke down in sobs with Brittany comforting her.
Monte then met with Taylor and also told her all the ways he didn't like his convo with Brittany, including her threat about next week. He said he knows it'd be better for him if Taylor stays, but if he puts up Turner he'd probably get voted out. He stressed he wants and needs Brittany to go out next, and needs Turner there to compete to help make that happen. He also told Taylor he'd take her to finals over Turner if the choice is his. And he said if he ends up putting Taylor on the block, which he probably will, he'll keep her over Alyssa if it's a tie. He then said it's probably a bad time to ask but would she lotion his back? Yes, and she said "I'm literally scratching your back right now, you better fucking scratch my back next week." Both laughed, and she said "okay then put me on the block" and he said "don't be like Indy please" meaning continually reminding him he had. Taylor then went to her bed and cried some, likely realizing Monte and Turner were a tight F2 as well as finding out Brittany hadn't done her any favors.
Things finally settled down again, with most of them napping for awhile. Taylor and Brittany had a lengthy check-in, with Brittany repeatedly saying "it doesn't make sense" that Monte wouldn't want to take a shot at Turner. Taylor said she'd asked him if he had an F2 with Turner and he said no. (But it's obvious, no?) Brittany kept saying she had to talk to Monte to change his mind, and Taylor kept saying no, wait, there's so much time between now and Monday, let alone until Thursday. Brittany didn't know how very badly she'd hurt her own cause with Monte earlier today, but he'd told Taylor, Alyssa, and presumably Turner about their "horrendous" conversation. Brittany wouldn't let it drop with Taylor, and likely won't let it drop anytime soon.
My mistake: Monte hadn't told Turner about his "horrendous" convo with Brittany earlier, but he finally did. And he said he might end up getting blunt with Brittany if she keeps at it. He also said Taylor had suggested an F3 deal with him and Turner, and both of them said they liked that idea. Alyssa and Brittany did some more season rehashing. Snacking and napping was the order of the day, aside from the occasional gametalks here and there, as well as some backyard ladder toss, pool, and cornhole.
It's still a long time til veto meeting but I'm sticking with what Monte told us, that he'll put up Taylor as renom and then evict Alyssa when it's a 1-1 tie. Brittany worked up another big pitch to present to Monte to renom and evict Turner, much of it focused on his history of breaking his word. Taylor thought it was a good pitch but I think Monte will probably stick with his bro code, as he has all season long. We'll see.

Ratings are based on entertainment value - I'm still looking for some
Noms count: original/renom

Are there things they could improve? Absolutely. But the episodes have placed first for their timeslots for virtually every show this summer, and that's their priority in a nutshell.

Won: $5,000; Week 1 Backstage Pass; Movie guest
HOH 0 - Veto 0 - Noms 4/0 Have-not 1
In a nutshell, she's been out of most every loop all season and hasn't won anything. She said she was voted Most Flirtatious in high school, and that tracks since she'll be remembered for 10 seconds on a pool floatie.
|

Won: Week 1 Backstage Pass; Week 1 viewer safety vote; Week 5 immunity (HOH Bestie)
HOH 0 - Veto 2 - Co-veto 1 - Noms 4/0 Have-not 0
In a nutshell, she's got two game modes: losing and crying, or safe/winning and gloating. The only things she's engineered herself have been bizarre lies that were instantly found out and proven wrong.
|

Won: TBA
HOH 2 - Veto 1 - Noms 2/0 Have-not 1
In a nutshell, bros.
|

Won: Week 5 surviving Bestie pick; 48 hr Fancy tied to Joseph; Movie guest
HOH 1 - Veto 0 - Noms 2/2 Have-not 0
In a nutshell, she had the roughest start and the hardest road to recovery as we've ever seen. Yet she's still here.
|

Won: Movie guest
HOH 3 - Veto 0 - Noms 1/0 Have-not 1
In a nutshell, I feel like he works hard to appear edgy and anti-mainstream, but when he lets down that wall of aloofness, he gets along just fine with the mainstreamers.
|

Won: $2,500(?); Movie screening
HOH 3 - Veto 5 - Co-veto 1 - Noms 2/1 Have-not 1

Won: Nothing
HOH 0 - Veto 1 - Co-veto 1 - Noms 0/3 Have-not 1
4th juror - 8th evicted - Day 58
He was in a very good spot, juggling multiple alliances successfully, and he was pivotal in Leftovers forming when he spilled things Alyssa had told him, betraying her confidence. Then they kissed and he started leaning her way over both his bros and Leftovers, and then they did sexytime and that was it. He blew up all his alliances, spilling everything to Terrance in Dyre Fest in order to get Joseph gone, which happened. But Kyle only got one extra week from that because his Cookout 2.0 theory came out via Michael and Brittany, and that was the end for him. He'll be remembered for that, and for his self-admitted 10-second sex, and for generally being an immature boy in a grown man's body.
|

Won: Week 4 immunity (HOH Bestie); 48 hr Skid tied to Taylor
HOH 0 - Veto 0 - Noms 2/0 Have-not 1
3rd juror - 7th evicted - Day 51
He often said he hoped this wouldn't be a season with fights and hostilities, and for the most part it wasn't. But it's still a dirty game and he played loyal, even while he was double-dipping, at least until he had no choice among the Dyre Fest outsiders, since Kyle spilled the Leftover beans out there way before he did. He often gametalked for too long, but he was good at creating chaos, and he also had great stories about his childhood and teen adventures. His birthday joined the epic BB birthdays when the Leftovers formed and took aim at the other side, taking them out one by one (with several bonus blindsides) until the split house twist split them up, and he was the first casualty of that. His friendship/flirtmance with Taylor was fun to watch.
|

Won: Week 3 immunity (HOH Bestie); London trip
HOH 1 - Veto 0 - Noms 1/0 Have-not 1
2nd juror - 6th evicted - Day 51
She participated in the early Taylor bashing but eased up on it as her friends left and she lost people to bash with. She was the comic relief of the season in so many ways, from her ridiculous Diary accent and lines, to her twisted ankle that went on and on and on, not to mention her inability to use crutches or cane properly for it. She annoyed many of them as a roommate, she stashed her favorite foods, and she talked incessantly about herself. #JasmineStories sounded like tall tales, especially as they continued to pile up, but her old Twitter account proved quite a few of them were true, or at least had a basis in truth. Her ongoing feud with Turner was a season highlight, especially when he stole half a muffin and she made a federal case about it.
|

Won: Punkaroo 1 week concerts
HOH 0 - Veto 0 - Noms 2/0 Have-not 1
1st juror - 5th evicted - Day 44
She was often loud and often acted more like she was playing BB Brasil than USA, with more attention given to her frequent (loud) shoutouts and camera messages than to the game going on around her. She was another of the early season Taylor haters but it lingered on with Indy after the others left or backed off. Indy was one of the few who confronted Taylor face to face (over soup), but her most vicious was a tirade to Joseph saying she HATES it when he and the guys talk with Taylor. But she was often fun and upbeat, and she was a better sport about her Punkaroo punkitard than most expected. And I always give kudos for non-native English speakers in this game that's based around whispers, conversations, and retells.
|

Won: Nothing
HOH 1 - Veto 0 - Co-veto 1 - Noms 0/1 Have-not 1
4th evicted - Day 37
Day 18 to Taylor: 'Don't speak to me until finale. The thing you did to Paloma you're trying to do to [Nicole], you can fuck right off. You don't think America's watching all that? You don't think so? From here on out do not speak to me. I will never forget what you did to Paloma. You think she didn't spiral because of you? You didn't add to that? And now you're trying to do it to Nicole, mind game. Do not speak to Nicole like that ever again.'
Don't get it twisted. First, mental illness doesn't work that way. Second, Terrance first suggested all that, Nicole planted it in Daniel's head, and he's the one who ran rabid with it, with her urging and blessing. They were peas from the same rotten pod and each fed off the other's vileness. I hope I never hear about either of these Toxic Twins again.
|

Won: Nothing
HOH 0 - Veto 0 - Noms 0/1 Have-not 1
3rd evicted - Day 30
Arrogant, aggressive, entitled, overbearing, self-serving and self-centered. She took over the Taylor hate train when Paloma left and ran it off the rails. She had no redeemable watchable qualities, least of all being entertaining in the slightest. I thought about doing Ozark ratings some week but I lost my Wendy Byrde with her exit. Verbatim quote from this 'superfan': 'They've done something that no other alliance has ever done in this game, in Big Brother history, they created a pact of people to make you think you're safe and say I got your back, and then this [betrayal] happens.' Hello? Welcome to BB.
|

Won: Nothing
HOH 0 - Veto 0 - Noms 0/1 Have-not 0
2nd evicted - Day 23
She was one of the Taylor haters under Paloma's direction, but she kept it up after Paloma's exit, even after Turner referred to it in his noms speech. That was one reason she went on the block as backdoor target and eventual exit, along with Michael and Kyle stressing her general smarts. She pushed for Pooch to go after he volunteered himself, and then she was blindsided when it was her own turn to meet Julie.
|

Won: Week 1 Backstage Boss/immunity
HOH 0 - Veto 0 - Noms 1/0 Have-not 1
1st evicted - Day 16
Volunteering to go on the block is always dicey, but especially as early as he did before any real trust is formed. And now he knows why. He's lucky Julie was COVID-distanced or she might have whacked him. He put all his eggs in a broken Oasis basket, and he irritated a lot of them with his antics and touchy-feely. When Joseph tried to help and warn him about that, he just got mad at Joseph. Like Paloma, he talked constantly and very, very fast. He seems like he's got a good heart so good luck to him from here.
|

Won: Week 1 Backstage Pass
HOH 0 - Veto 0 - Noms 0/0 Have-not 0
Left the game - Day 8
She drove the game at the start, and she ignited and fueled the unjustified Taylor hate which continued to thrive even after she left. When she started to spiral, her conspiracy theories and delusions would have been comical if they weren't indicative of something more serious going on. It was probably best for her to go when she did, and for me - her nonstop superfast talking was stressing me out.
|

Won: Nothing
HOH 0 - Veto 0 - Noms 0/0 Have-not 0
He was replaced pre-season by Joseph, but you can catch him on America's Got Talent and The Circle.
