This fanbase is like no other and while it's all fun and exciting now, things have a tendency to turn brutal. Pace yourself, don't feel you have to defend your person or answer to anyone on social media, and save things your person might want to see when they get home - there will be mountains of it, so get a system set up early. Daily and Noteworthy EventsDay 1 - Wednesday 6/19/19Lego dumpster fire by @DrunkassmferAll we know for sure is there were two tapings today, one morning and one late afternoon, each with a paid stunt audience. Early rumors came along that Kemi had won the first HOH but it seems improbable that they'd be able to fit intro packages, stage groupings, move-in and champagne, and an HOH comp for all of them in three hours plus. Also there was the TV Guide feature describing a summer camp themed black box maze (complete with honey pit!) as one of the first comps on the premiere. Those are individually timed and take some time to complete. As a reminder, last year's cast was split into two groups who did separate comps, plus a face-off comp, resulting in Kaycee in her rainbow pinwheel, Sam as a robot, and half the cast having first noms immunity. And that was all before they played for HOH. In other confusing news, along with Tommy and Christie knowing each other (she dated his aunt), speculation about various other potential pairings kept popping up, plus apparent social media ties between Holly and Kathryn. Brent Wolgamott announced on Rob Has a Podcast that he'd been told Holly and Kathryn had already been plotting together before being sequestered. Further, he said Kathryn was the one who leaked Jenna Jackson's name as having been cast, which in turn got Jenna booted off, and Christie was drafted in as an alternate. Jenna's name had come out last week as one of our cast but she wasn't in yesterday's announced roster, as we know. There are a lot of same schools, same towns, etc among the others but they don't all seem to have a pair, so who knows? Make of all that what you will - we'll find out sooner or later, either officially as a twist or informally on feeds - at least before the fishies cut off those convos. We subsequently found out on feeds they held Camp Director vote, banishment black box comp with David's premature exit, and first HOH comp all on Day 1. Day 2 - Thursday 6/20/19Another day, another batch of fake spoilers. I heard they did do the black box camp maze/honey pit yesterday but alas, I didn't get results nor do I know if that was done with one of the stunt audiences present or not.We did get a glimpse of the habitat on ET and it's a doozy. It is indeed an outdoors/summer camp theme with a lot of kooky extras like a campfire on the dining table, a realistic deer under the spiral stairs, glass deer head sculptures plus an A-frame faux window in the living room, an Airstream trailer in a bedroom, and I'm not sure what's happening with that HOH room - it looks more Tahiti than campground to me. There's a lot of green, a lot of orange, and a lot of campy fabrics and detail pieces. There's also a vertical ladder leading upstairs for some reason, but there's a nice sitting area on the skybridge that's reminiscent of BB UK's snugs. Day 3 - Friday 6/21/19An audio leak began on feeds at 9.38am and ran for nearly a half hour. We learned Christie is HOH and noms haven't yet happened, but talking with Nicole and then Ovi, she said she's leaning towards Kathryn as target and possibly Cliff as pawn, feeling confident Cliff wouldn't be voted out. Then comes the confusion.Christie said she's the "first HOH" but she also said Cliff, Jessica, "Michie" (Jackson), and someone else "volunteered at the beginning" and made a pact that they wouldn't put each other up, "and then Michie went and nominated all three of them" - Christie said both Cliff and Jessica both told her about the pact. So that's confusion, and there's definite distrust there, but Christie figured someone else would take Jackson/Michie out later due to that, plus he's close with Jack and may be looking to showmance with Kathryn and she didn't want to become their target. Christie also told Nicole she wants to put up a male and a female, and noted how bros tend to form solid alliances quickly, and she and Nicole were both annoyed at Kathryn acting paranoid and talking a lot about "her meds." Kathryn dropped first off the HOH comp, whatever it was. I think everyone was mentioned except Analyse and Kemi, although "Sis, Bella, Holly" were mentioned. I don't know if Sis refers to Kemi or Analyse, or whether one or the other was already evicted - hopefully not! But Christie did say she didn't want Cliff to be "the first guy out" for whatever that's worth. Christie did confide to Nicole that she's a lesbian, and that the long-term relationship she's referred to was with a woman - she did not say it was Tommy's aunt. So we're underway! If you don't have your feeds yet, sign up now! Day 4 - Saturday 6/22/19No leaks, no newsDay 5 - Sunday 6/23/19No leaks, no news, againDay 6 - Monday 6/24/19Pics from the swimsuit photo shoot came out - click to see them all. David in particular seemed a bit iffy in them. The carefully arranged sofa pillows behind everyone else's solo shots were kind of scattered behind his. Also he looked as if he might have been Photoshopped in on the group shots - especially this one, where Tommy's legs should be visible between David's arm and body, but they aren't. And finally, the individual photos arrived into CBSPressExpress alphabetically by first name, except David, whose pics arrived after the others and after the group shots. It all could be nothing, but it could mean he's already gone and we'll never see him cry on command on the feeds. We subsequently found out on feeds they had "signups" for Whacktivity Comp and held the first one on Day 6. But the bottom line is we're almost underway! The big premiere is Tuesday and feeds start after Wednesday night's show. If you don't have your feeds yet, sign up now! so you're ready when they start - we have an awful lot of catching up to do! Day 7 - Tuesday 6/25/19 - CBS PREMIERE DAYCBS released a couple preview videos, one of which had Analyse saying she goes by "Sis" and the other had Jack and Jackson/Michie looking to bromance. Then we had a sneak peek of feeds at 2pm Pacific/5pm Eastern for about 15 minutes, in which Kemi was spotted, so that put to rest the rumors that she or Analyse were already gone. I think everyone else was seen or mentioned in the feeds peek except David, so he's still on the MIA list.It sounded like they knew they were live and I didn't hear any game talk - just chit-chat, food, what to wear, and the like. The timestamps on the feeds peek were screwy so it could be tricky to find it later in Flashback, unless you look before the day resets and use the slider. Otherwise we are ALL SYSTEMS GO for tonight's premiere, tomorrow's show, and then FEEDS Wednesday night at 9pm Pacific/midnight Eastern. If you don't have your feeds yet, sign up now! so you're ready when they start - we have an awful lot of catching up to do! Showtime rolled around and the season officially kicked off with the usual intro packages and squealing over finding their keys. The first group to head into the habitat was Tommy, Jack, Kathryn, Nicole followed by Jackson, Ovi, Holly, Kemi. Tommy was the first in but recall that Tamar Braxton broke the very longstanding first-in curse by winning Celebs 2. Next to arrive and head in were Cliff, Isabella, David, Analyse followed by Sam, Nick, Jessica, Christie. Champagne was poured and self-introductions made, with some of them omitting key bits of info. Tommy and Christie each acknowledged knowing each other in Diary but both played it off to everyone else as if they didn't know each other. No other connections were mentioned. Julie welcomed them all to Camp BB, asked if they're ready to "experience the outdoors indoors," and she announced they would all elect a Camp Director. That person would have first eviction immunity, and impact the first HOH comp, and could put everyone's game in jeopardy. The group discussed whether they could decide together who to elect before voting, and Cliff, David, Jessica, Jackson all volunteered for the task (which would be "the four who volunteered at the beginning" we heard referenced on Friday's audio leak). They voted secretly on a fancy set, and Julie gave them the results as different colored paint bombs blew up in the faces of those who didn't win. And they hit with force - Isabella's knocked her to the ground. We didn't see all the votes but the final tally was Jack 1, Nick 1, Jessica 4, and Jackson won with 10 votes. Everyone else had zero. Julie announced that Jackson will choose to "banish" four of them, who would then compete head-to-head (likely in the black box maze + honey pit that was previewed in TV Guide). Three would re-enter the house and the game and the loser would be gone. All circumstantial evidence points to David being that unlucky loser. That comp and the first HOH comp/endurance will be on Wednesday's show, and then we'll finally have feeds! Sign up now so you can be set up and ready to dive in when they begin!
