Daily Feeds Recaps

Day 32 - Saturday - September 5, 2020

Veto players were picked early: Dani, Ian, Nicole will play along with Christmas, Bayleigh, Da'Vonne, and David will host. Da'Vonne met with Dani, saying she knew Bayleigh was Christmas's target but she wondered where the votes were, and what would Nicole would do if she wins. Dani said she thought she'd try to win and might use it on Da'Vonne, and they'd need to convince Christmas to go along with that - all with Dani's patented "don't repeat this" of course. Dani said she thought Ian has a power, and Da'Vonne questioned again how she ended up on the block because of a Bayleigh conversation. Da'Vonne then told Christmas people would look to her for direction if noms stay the same, and Christmas said she hoped one of her nominees would win, adding "yesterday was terrible for you and Bay, and terrible for me, I hated that I conducted that." And she said "win that fucking veto so we put up somebody that's more deserving." So much shmooze, and so very late.

Later Nicole and Christmas ran scenarios including potential powers, both of them agreeing they prefer Bayleigh goes (that's been Nicole's agenda for a few weeks now), but later Christmas told Enzo she'd prefer Da'Vonne goes.

Feeds were down from 12.15pm to 3pm for veto comp. It was a pass-the-prizes comp and results were Christmas won the veto, Da'Vonne $5,000, Bayleigh 500 tricycle laps, Dani slop pass and home gym, Nicole slopitard costume. Ian didn't play: he'd not been feeling well earlier and he said the excessive heat today "was their main reason for no-go for me." (It should also be noted he's not been himself since his talk with Kaysar when he broke down, and his subsequent backtracking to everyone about all that.)

The comp was the one with items flashed on a screen, hitting a buzzer, and running. This time it was simple equations totaling 13. Feeds came back to Da'Vonne crying in HOH and kicking herself for being first out, and because it's the same comp she went out on last time. She peptalked herself that she got $5,000 and so many people would love and need that, and she commenced campaign rounds. Christmas, Dani, Nicole had a frenzied meeting in the lounge about who passed which prize to whom and why, and Cody, Enzo, Memphis gathered to wonder why so much drama was going on since neither nominee won.

Meetings and campaigns carried on in revolving twos, threes, and fours everywhere as if the vote were looming tonight rather than five days from now. Christmas lied to Tyler by saying Dani/Nicole/Bay/Day didn't want him backdoored, and she said Bayleigh said she and Tyler had a pre-game alliance - he denied that. Later Christmas told him that Dani knew he told Day and Bay that she (Dani) was targeting them. Tyler said he hadn't said that. Christmas said she didn't care if he had or not, but said Dani, Bayleigh, Da'Vonne believe it. Meetings still raged on, including a Christmas/Dani session where Christmas said about Kevin "fuck him! I'm gonna put him on a stake next week!" followed by "I can't talk like that, I forget I'm being recorded." Everyone but napping Enzo sat down to family dinner - Christmas's idea - around 7pm. Tyler told Cody and Enzo the latest on the ladies' gossip circles and they got all wound up, with Enzo saying he'll go after every one of them yo.

Nicole got her slopitard around 9pm and she hated it. It's a big foam SLOPPIES cereal box complete with nutrition panel on the back, long blonde wig/pigtails, and orange unitard underneath. She has to wear it for one week and can't take it off except to shower and sleep. She said "it's hideous" and of course she commented that Janelle didn't have to wear her star all the time.

Bayleigh got her tri-athlete task at 9.30pm, and the backyard finally opened for that. She has to ride a tricycle 500 laps around a track in 12 hours. If she fails to complete the 500 laps, and if she stays, she can't compete for veto next week even if she's HOH or on the block. Everyone rallied around her for the first few laps, like they do, but she expected to be out there all night and they won't all stay up the whole time. UPDATE she easily finished 250 laps at 10.55pm and took a break, so this definitely won't be an all-nighter. On that break however, she broke down to Da'Vonne about all the BS in the house, including Kevin telling her she was making her task look too easy.

Nicole got annoyed with her costume so she went to bed at 11.30pm. David pitched a partnership proposal to Ian, who didn't commit. As Bayleigh hit 400 laps outside, Cody told Dani inside the news that Tyler thinks she's going to go after him. She replied "if he comes after me I'll go off." Then they proceeded to bicker like a grouchy old married couple, and they also griped that Bayleigh's task was too easy and somebody must have miscalculated. Meanwhile Bayleigh and Da'Vonne continued to chat nonchalantly as Bay pedaled around, like everything was peachy, and it was a joy to behold. At Bayleigh's next break, Christmas also said something about how easy her task was.

The tricycle had pedal problems all along, with temp fixes applied as needed. By the last 40 laps or so, one of the pedals couldn't be fixed so Bayleigh one-pedaled it to the end. Most of the others came out to cheer and chant the last ten or so, so that was something. She completed lap 500 just after 1am - great job!

Day 33 - Sunday - September 6, 2020

BB let them sleep late so 11am looked like 8am most days, with Memphis and his coffee on their own, and the griping, bitching, crying, and whining had a delayed start - and that's just out here. Most of them were up and about by noon, and they discovered the backyard had gotten a cornhole game as well as the grill - dun-dun-dunnnn. They're getting a Labor Day party tomorrow and were told they'd be given meats and vegetables for that. Dani told Da'Vonne they need to "get Tyler the hell out" especially if Thursday's a double (but it isn't). The weather was triple digit temps again, and Nicole socialized in her orange unitard but without her wig or cereal box, enraging her haters as Janelle's haters were enraged when she didn't wear her star. I think BB took the SLOPPIES box back for repairs, already.

Da'Vonne told Nicole she didn't think she'd have the votes to stay. They agreed she probably has four (Nicole, Dani, Ian, Kevin) and Nicole said that could be enough to convince someone else to vote her way. Both were unsure where Memphis stands, but thought Christmas might be able to find out and/or sway him, so both of them said they'd talk to Christmas, and Nicole said she'd talk to Cody. Nicole said if veto isn't used, and neither expects that it will be, "I promise I will get you to stay in this house," adding "if Kaysar says I'm running this house, I'll frickin try to start running this house." Bayleigh had a campaign chat with Kevin, who suggested she talk to Christmas, and so she did. Christmas said "I don't want that decision" and added Bay and Day are both "such like almost like regal women" and they were setting "a new standard of respectful people in the house" - quite a turnaround from "I'm gonna get shot." Bayleigh said she was asking more how Christmas thought people were voting, than for her to make a decision or sway votes. Christmas said she doesn't really know. After Bayleigh left, Christmas said to herself "we could have worked together, Bay" as if she hadn't put her on the block.

Bayleigh then met with Enzo and explained Dani had told her it was Tyler who'd been spreading dirt about her (Bayleigh), saying she was a loose cannon and wanted to get back at Tyler for their season. (Maybe Tyler did say that but I never heard it - in fact I've heard the opposite from him, that past was past, water under the bridge etc, and we know Dani's had an anti-Bayleigh agenda this season, but I digress.) Bayleigh reminded Enzo, as she'd reminded Christmas, that there were still two season winners in there that nobody was looking at. Enzo told her he thought it looked like Da'Vonne would be staying because she can't win comps, but added "I will be loyal to you because he tried pinning us." Both said they'd work on Cody. Enzo reported to Christmas, as Taco Sunday took place downstairs, but luckily for us no gratitude circle or table banging was involved. Bayleigh began to talk with Cody before Da'Vonne and Christmas joined, and Ian told Dani he doesn't like to commit his vote until they're locked in (after veto meeting), and he added "this game feels deeply personal." Bayleigh and Da'Vonne compared notes, including that each had heard the other would stay because they can't win comps, and that Christmas had basically given both the same condescending non-answers. Bayleigh said from the conversations she's had, she's fairly sure she'll be the one going.

As the Basement/noms show ended, Tyler sat down with Bayleigh and Da'Vonne in Have-not room. He was wearing sunglasses and was choked up during most of the talk. He confessed to and apologized for having said Bayleigh is a bad game player, and said he was sorry for positioning them both in a bad way. He said he'd been telling the truth about Dani and it didn't feel right, and he didn't want them being targets because they deserve better. He said he wants them both to stay, and that he wasn't saying that for gameplay, he didn't have any powers, and "you're standing for something greater than me and I want to see that play out." He told them he's going to ask Christmas if she'll use her veto on one of them and he'll go up in her place, and go home. Bayleigh said she felt guilty that Da'Vonne had been dragged into it, and Da'Vonne backed that up, saying it's been bothering Bay, and Tyler said it's been bothering him too. Tyler said he wasn't claiming complete innocence of trying to attack Bayleigh in the game, but he wasn't completely guilty either. Bayleigh and Da'Vonne were both blown away by the offer, and Tyler afterwards went to HOH, presumably to make his pitch to Christmas. But a crowd had gathered there as there was apparently another wall yeller. @darrell90210 took credit for this one. It wasn't on feeds but apparently Cody started hollering at the same time to drown out the bullhorn's lengthy message.

After a lot of delays including periodic starfishies for wall yeller talk, a lengthy Tyler Diary visit, and a lengthy Ian/Christmas chat, Tyler finally made his way back to HOH around 8pm. He began by saying he knows it's hard to trust anyone 100% in there and he appreciates the trust she has in him, but he's not been as forthcoming as he should be, and he was sorry about that. He said he feels he's the reason Bayleigh and Da'Vonne are on the block -- and feeds cut. They alternated between starfishies and Bay/Day praying, and discussing Tyler's offer, and random ordinary house activities. Why are you doing us like this, feedmasters?

Nicole's cereal box came back from cereal box repair shop, and she and Bayleigh gave each other false praise about their respective tasks. Apparently Dani went to HOH and was asked to return later. She told Nicole that Tyler had been up there "for two hours" (it had been about 40 minutes), and she was convinced Tyler was trying to get Christmas to backdoor her (Dani). Dani asked Nicole to go up there to see if she could figure out what's going on, but Nicole went to the backyard which was finally open again after the latest yeller incident before finally heading upstairs with a cornhole invitation, where she was also turned away. Bayleigh asked Da'Vonne if she thought Tyler's pitch was just to make him look good on TV, especially if Christmas doesn't do it.

Da'Vonne met with Christmas in HOH, not on feeds, but they met up again in the pantry. Christmas said if she decides to put up Tyler, she doesn't know who would stay, and she cited the rule that says she can't say who she's putting up. (But that rule says she can't tell the person she'd be putting up.) And Christmas asked "it would be the four, not five?" meaning them plus Dani, Nicole but not Bayleigh. When Christmas left, Da'Vonne gestured and mouthed something - it didn't look positive. Bayleigh told Tyler she felt a weight had been lifted off her shoulders, regardless of the outcome, and she thanked him for being nice to her the last couple days, and they hugged. Christmas told Dani, Nicole, Da'Vonne she doesn't want to say anything until after the veto meeting, "the nominations will then be locked down," and she said "if the two girls are up there, we should secure Da'Vonne staying." They formed a supposed alliance and Christmas asked "do we want to name this bitch?" Da'Vonne said "that's not my lane" and Nicole said "I want it to be cute but spicy." They tentatively settled on Blitzing Bombshells, even though they sent the true BB bombshell home. Dani would know that Janelle nickname, even if the others don't. Christmas told Dani and Nicole that Day "wants to be in this, hardcore" because Bayleigh crossed her. What?!

Da'Vonne and Christmas met again and it sounded like Tyler renom might be a go, and Christmas said "he didn't want to tell the house." Da'Vonne assured Christmas there'd be enough votes to send him home. Da'Vonne asked if that happens, could Bayleigh be brought into the girls alliance? Christmas dodged and weaved on that one, like she does. Meanwhile Dani was still worried she'd be the renom and she flustered about that to Cody, who said it wouldn't happen. Dani checked in with Da'Vonne again, both of them saying it would be pretty great if a girls alliance actually worked and got them to the end. And later a quick Tyler/Christmas chat sounded like they both thought he'd still be there next week, so who knows. Also, Dani apparently told Cody about the new girls alliance, already. They talked longer about what to name it than it existed.

Veto meeting usually happens around noon on Monday, give or take, but some think they've heard them say it'd be Tuesday this week. We'll see.

4th evicted, Day 30

His BB strategy plans have always held promise but implementing them, not so much. But no matter: he was and is a class act, and he always brings the kind of much-needed humanity our feeds are usually lacking in a big way. It's too bad things didn't work out differently this time but it was great to see him on our feeds again, both for himself and for his fun friendship with Janelle.

Won: Safety Suit #1 (Kaysar's win)/1 week star
HOH 0 - Veto 0 - Noms 1/0 - HN 1

3rd evicted, Day 23

It was great to see her on feeds again, especially her easy friendship with Kaysar. She was BB6 Janelle again but without the in-your-face name-calling that would have made things more fun for us, but props to her for not going there. It's astounding how hard she was targeted just for showing up, proof that Janellousy is still real.

Won: Nothing
HOH 0 - Veto 0 - Noms 1/0 - HN 1

2nd evicted, Day 16

Imagine going on BB and not wanting to work with Janelle and Kaysar. Having them to go bat for you, hard, and then throwing it back in their faces. It's mind-boggling. She was in way over her head this season, made one bad decision after another, and she repeatedly promised us a house meeting that she never delivered.

Won: Nothing
HOH 0 - Veto 0 - Noms 1/0 - HN 0

1st evicted, Day 9

She was feisty her first time around but like all of them, she's older and more mature now, and her birthday happened before they moved in, so we didn't get any new memorable Keesha scenes. But it was good to see her again and she got a nice check for two weeks isolation and one week of summer camp.
