CBS shows are Sundays 8pm, Wednesdays 8pm, eviction Thursdays 9pm (Global in Canada). Big Brother After Dark is on TVGN (Slice in Canada) three hours Mon/Tues starting 11pm, two hours Wed/Fri/Sat/Sun starting midnight; and two hours Thurs starting 1am. BB16 prizes are the same: $500k for the winner and $50k for 2nd place. Stipend for the others is $1,000 per week, including pre-show hotel and jury sequester. Frankie might get more. Caleb wandered up to watch over them all from the balcony, and Zach went back to bed, but the others studied the video clips for a long time, delirous about seeing themselves - such is the hamster way.. Victoria didn't like how she looked and moped about itto various others throughout the day Caleb and Amber finally had another face-to-face, with Derrick present to monitor and run damage control.. Caleb pretty much told Amber that she won't be leaving tomorrow (she will) - Flashback 7/30 5.39pm  One of those serendipitous moments came along later, as Nicole flattened Hayden with a pool ball to the groin, and a minute later Frankie climbed on Caleb upstairs and then Zach piled on top of both - Flashback 7/30 7.52pm.. times like this prove why it's best to monitor quads at all times.. let the record show that Hayden had just shown Nicole the pool shot to play, and Frankie did some exaggerated winks and thumbs up to the camerasCaleb tossed a banana at Amber, which she caught, and which was probably recorded here or there as assault.. later he carefully wrapped up two pickles in a banana peel and tied it up with dental floss, with the intent to give it to her on her way out tomorrow.. the screaming symbolism of pickles and bananas seems to continue to escape him.. Have-nots feasted at midnight, except Jocasta, and most of them are still expecting a double eviction and/or endurance tomorrow, despite the backyard staying open all evening
Get to tasking Team America (fuck yeah?) got their task for tomorrow's show: they have to cast two hinky votes (to evict Jocasta) and all three have to publicly blame others for them, with the added stipulation not on the ballot that they have to do that blaming in the couple minutes between Julie's "Amber, you have been evicted" and heading out to the backyard to compDerrick and Frankie weren't pleased about this task (since it would require actual work and risk), and Donny didn't want to accept it at all.. he said it would be too out of character for him, since he's always "stone faced" when something big goes down.. Derrick correctly pointed out this probably meant they're boring and we want some action.. they agreed to talk it over later, as well as ask if they could go easier, having Donny admit to being one of the votes, or something.. I say they had no trouble accepting $10k each for doing next to nothing so far - it's now time to step up and earn it.. this is Big Brother, not a Hallmark movie Other highlights & lowlights of the night included Derrick waking up Donny to tell him the task - he sat up and shouted "WHAT THE!!".. Derrick & Frankie discussed Donny's reticence and that maybe it was time to cut him from the team, and the game.. Nicole & Hayden had an official hammock date that quickly turned to gametalk.. Frankie took a nekkid bath and Cody took a nekkid shower at the same time, both of them practically flashing their junk.. Frankie then went around the entire habitat in a towel and heels doing his Marilyn Monroe character, looking for reactions, but they've all seen it.. And on and on (Tuesday 7/29) Much more of the same today: the feeds remained monopolized by Caleb running his "quite frankly at the end of the day" he said/she said loops for all and sundry.. he was wracked with guilt over having pushed for Amber's nomination, and he doesn't even know he was set up to push for that, let alone that she's set to walk the plank on Thursday.. assuming she does, we could end up with a bigger and better funeral than BB11 Jessie's and BB15 Nick's put togetherUnfortunately for drama's sake, we've got Derrick's superb planning ahead and lining up jury votes combined with Zach's erratic randomness, and we might end up with Caleb not being blindsided by an Amber eviction, and we might not even have an Amber eviction at this rate - it's still a long time til they vote  We did have a bit of drama tonight, kind of, when a pool tournament broke out in shouting about whether balls were touching or weren't - Flashback 7/29 8.22pm.. much of it was done with smiles, but drama fans will take what we can get, and I've put it on the fights tally.. Zach ripped the pool table felt somewhere along the wayOvernight breaking news: drama and comedy broke out for real when Frankie told Caleb that Amber said she's telling everyone that Caleb's her target - Flashback 7/30 2.01am (watch Zach's face!).. Caleb had a silent hissyfit in his angry onesie - even the bunny slippers flew across the living room.. his first words were "dude, I ate the pickle".. he added the crown to the ensemble, hilarity ensued, and the pool tourney picked up again - it kept up til after 4.30am, with Caleb getting salty in his angry onesie and crown, looking and sounding like a total chump
On it goes (Monday 7/28) Early risers caught another creepy/stupid Caleb episode, as he tried to think of new ways to prank a sleeping Amber, with Cody's help.. they passed on putting a banana peel in her shoe and putting Icy Hot or nail polish on her foot.. Caleb finally settled on tossing a pillow at her - Flashback 7/28 5.19am.. the BB interwebs went ballistic, like they do, thanks to the hamsters saying "he threw a rock at her head"Fallout from the veto meeting might have been fun, but it wasn't much, at first.. Hayden used his veto on Victoria and Frankie put up Amber in her place.. after the meeting, Amber took to her bed, and Frankie suddenly seemed to have a problem with Zach's behavior - go figure, he's probably $5,000 richer now thanks to Zach  The follies started when Caleb and Amber finally had another face-to-face - Flashback 7/28 2.08pm.. that went as badly as expected, and was followed up by a second round at 2.33pm, and a third round with Frankie at 2.55pm - Amber was asked to leave that one.. he said/she said ran all around the habitat, skipping only Zach (who slept through it) and Donny.. unfortunately we were denied a house meeting when it was desperately needed: instead we got a whole lot of retells, Frankie talking himself up, Derrick talking everyone down, and yet another Caleb & Amber round at 5.24pm.. retells and repeats kept going all evening- Click "previous Hamsterwatch episode" up top to see what came before - Check my Twitter and Twitpic for more of the random bits that I cover - Check the Updates section for all the rest of it with real-time feeds updates and caps - Get the feeds
