Daily Feeds RecapsDay 46 - Friday - August 22, 2025 A programming note: Sunday's two-hour block with Unlocked and the usual Sunday episode was reduced to 90 minutes, still starting at 8pm Eastern/local time.Vince got his room around 2.40am and of course they all ooh'd and ahh'd over his haul and his pics. He got a too-small beanie, a too-big hoodie, and pants, along with the usual food and snacks assortment. He read his letter from girlfriend Kelsey and got through it without breaking down, but he did get emotional afterwards. Mickey, Morgan, Rachel stayed behind awhile to gametalk, and later Morgan went back upstairs for another round. Before that, Rachel happily offered to make slop and slopcoctions all week for Ashley, Morgan, Will, and she and Mickey said they'd take some slop meals with them as a diet plan, which they'd been planning to do last week before Rachel put Mickey on the block. The three sloppers "enjoyed" their breakfast today as Vince's meetings got underway upstairs. Those meetings were mostly Vince shmoozing and dancing in an attempt to appease everyone. Remember, Vince is in Judges with Ashley, Morgan, Rachel, Will, and he voted with them last night. He's also in the unnamed group of Katherine, Keanu, Kelley, Lauren, who expected him to vote with them. Mickey and Ava are the only ones in neither group, and (surprise!) they were named as probable noms to most everyone, with Mickey as target, and Ava as pawn, with an additional Reason/excuse that she put him up. The third spot fluctuated between Ashley, Kelley, Rachel depending who he was talking to, and his named target also fluctuated between Mickey and Rachel, again depending who he said it to. Keanu in particular pushed for Rachel, either as original nom or renom, but it didn't seem like Vince wanted to put her up, at least not today. He eventually mentioned to a couple of them that Kelley had volunteered to go up when he won the HOH, but feeds went down for nominations before we saw their meeting today. All that sounds like it might be a reasonable way to continue skating down the middle but he had a few bumps. He lied to Lauren and Keanu (and possibly others) by saying he was tricked into voting out Rylie because Rachel forced him to give Morgan a sympathy vote. Lauren liked the Rachel backdoor idea and asked to play veto if Vince gets to choose someone. (Another Lauren veto decision week would be absolutely brutal.) Ava said she wouldn't be surprised to go up since she put him up, adding "we're just block people now." Ava said he could also go "banger banger banger" like she did, meaning Mickey, Keanu, Rachel noms. Katherine said "I don't fucking care anymore" but she did tell Vince that Rachel had indeed told Lauren her renom would be Rylie if Lauren used her veto, but they agreed they would have called her bluff like Lauren did. (Really?) Rachel told Vince she figured he'll put up Katherine and Kelley since they're mad at Vince about his vote. Vince told Rachel he's just friends with everyone and not in any group, to which Rachel replied "well, you're in the Judges." Oof. Along the way, he got a new music player which delighted Lauren and Katherine in particular because it was iPhone-like and they missed tapping and scrolling. Also, Ashley, Rachel, Will locked in a final three. Keanu crashed/joined the Vince and Rachel meeting and Vince asked if he thought Mickey, Ava, Kelley was a good slate and Keanu said "sure" but when Rachel left he pushed for her to be an original nom rather than renom, as he'd suggested earlier. Will pushed hard for Vince not to consider Rachel. Mickey was practically last and things took a turn. He said he's been hearing she had a heavy influence in him and Zach hitting the block, and that hurt him. She denied that, asking who said it but he wouldn't give names, and Mickey said "they're lying." Vince feigned innocence and ignorance, running his "I don't know what to believe" act, and they cycled back through Ava's HOH and the Heavy Hitters fiasco. Vince said he thought Mickey has been working against him, but she said she's been fighting for him. Eventually she went with the old "do what you think is best for your game" cliche, but added "you're only here because I let you be here," and she topped it off with "you've come this far, but don't put me up, if you put me up I will haunt you in your dreams." Vince nominated Ava, Kelley, Mickey. Mickey wasn't pleased, surprising no one, and Vince retold to Kelley and Lauren some of the things Mickey had said in her pre-noms meeting. And he said he needs Mickey or Rachel gone no matter what, and if Rachel wins veto and uses it on Mickey, he'd put up Ashley and send her home. They mocked Rachel's legendary comp beast status compared to her current performance, but maybe they missed her often saying she won HOHs and Brendon won vetos back then. When Lauren left, Kelley flopped on Vince's bed and grinned, saying "this is just like old times" referring to their F2 back in Week 1 and the first time he put her on the block. Vince told her about the "sympathy vote" he was supposedly hoodwinked into. Katherine joined to say "the girls" were already griping and gossiping about the noms downstairs, as if Rylie didn't gripe and cuss at her as soon as he went on the block. It's what happens. Vince said "the smug happiness" bugs him, and he said Mickey was probably bashing him right now. Again, it's what happens. Will joined, and gametalk turned to general chat. Fallout continued with Keanu and Rachel sitting down to shmooze each other's brains out, which was either cringe or hilarity, depending on your outlook. Both were totally condescending to each other, and Keanu said he finally convinced Vince to work with Rachel and that's why she didn't go up today, and won't as renom. Mickey told Ashley she'll talk Ava into using the veto on her (Mickey) if she wins it. (Really?) Mickey went to HOH and turned on the waterworks at Vince, rehashing everything according to herself and how she's been framed. Vince continued his own innocence act, eventually burying his face in his hands with an all-but-visible thought bubble saying "make it stop." He finally pretended to come around and said he regrets nominating her, they can work together going forward again, and he said people are going to start lying even more, "and they'll get more comfortable lying!" Something he knows first-hand. Mickey finally left and found Morgan to rehash at, starting with "first off I am not above saying I'm sorry" but then she slid directly to "you didn't have the decency to tell me" how much danger she was in heading into last night's vote.Once things settled down, the rest of the evening was quiet with rehashes, bashes, or chit-chat, and nothing very noteworthy. Kelley told us to get a life. I remain floored at how easily they all seem to believe Vince's constant bad acting, but they do. Day 45 - Thursday - August 21, 2025 Last night Morgan told Vince her not-so-closely guarded secret about Zach's $10k veto. Vince was suitably shocked, and then a little crestfallen when Morgan said she'd already told Lauren about it. Morning brought the usual breakfast prep, grooming, and chatter. There was some talk about something stinking up the fridge but nobody investigated what, let alone take care of it. Rachel talked about her bikini model days in Vegas, and Morgan found ways to insert her own stories, like she does. Keanu sat alone in his Have-not auxiliary office, quietly peptalking himself for tonight's comp. At one point he muttered "it'd be magic to keep all six intact" even though that alliance isn't very real to most of the other five. Julie posted her usual preview: tonight's Block Buster is a rolly-ball ramp with two minutes to drop their ball into the farthest/highest point slot. Mickey probably leaves tonight against Morgan, but the other matchups are harder to call since Vince is still guaranteeing his vote to both sides, and Ava plans to vote with him. It's also a strong possibility that Vince will go the other way to leave Ava out in the cold. She told Vince she'll wait to decide Mickey versus Rylie at the time, "it is what it is," if that's how it turns out. Vince told Rachel and Will that Ava's going to do her own thing, and he said Rylie's side has four automatic votes tonight but they're due to implode since Rylie's fed up with both Keanu and Kelley. Rachel said "you cannot play Big Brother: It Is What It Is." Vince also said Rylie tweaked his neck, so his Block Buster chances might not be good. Vince put on sad puppy-dog eyes and "tears" for Morgan and Ashley, telling Morgan he can't vote her out even at the cost of his own game, and then he put on more grief to tattle I-don't-even-know-what to Rylie and Keanu, which sent Rylie on another angry rant about Rachel and "her butt buddy Ashley," and then he ranted some more to Lauren. The show recap was streamlined and simplified, as always, and included Rachel/Keanu making up and forming Frenemies F2, but not the breakup that explained his vote that followed, but those two have been on and off allies most of the season. They glaringly omitted Lauren lying all over town about having known Rylie would be the renom before she used her veto. The Block Buster was weird. It was as Julie described earlier: drop-slots were marked zero to 40, lock in what they figured would be their farthest slot/highest score, with as many rolls as they wanted to attempt in two minutes, and she specified the first locked in would win if a tie. Rylie got 29 and paused to watch Mickey and Morgan to see if they'd do better. Morgan got a 29 and locked hers in with a minute to go, and then Rylie went to lock in his 29, even though it was already a loser. But off camera, Mickey had already locked in a 38, so she won. Katherine's face fell when the three re-entered the living room and Julie announced the winner, and the applause from the others was polite and unenthusiastic. After all the angsty waffling, both Vince and Ava ended up evicting Rylie, along with Mickey, Ashley, Will, and Julie did the old switcheroo by saying "by a vote of five to four, Morgan, you are safe." Rylie hugged on Katherine so much Julie had to call him out to the stage, where he blamed himself for his eviction when Julie asked, but he said it was his Block Buster performance rather than the rest of it. And he seemed surprised to know we heard him tell Katherine he's going to marry her, when Julie brought that up. Oh yes, we heard a lot of things. Rylie's about to face a world of hurt coming at him in the following few hours. Incidentally, Rylie's the second in a row to be evicted the week they were looking into a mirror and the camera run's EXIT sign was seen reflected in the shot - see the Goof Tally below. It's probably just goof coincidence. Derrick and Taylor joined Julie for an Unlocked promo, since it'll be one of the two BB hours on Sunday (CBS has football tomorrow). They teased a special announcement on this week's show, which I'm going to guess will be an all-winners short season in February, to go against Olympics. Taylor announced tonight's HOH would be the wall comp, and they brought out their co-host for this week's show, Survivor's Boston Rob. Julie later said the wall comp will be on feeds, but not when it would start. (Julie also says the feeds are "24/7, live and unfiltered" - but you knew that already.) Julie once again didn't say anything about next week's Wednesday or Thursday shows.Feeds came back around 9.30pm and the hamsters were on the wall. It didn't seem like they'd started much sooner than when we joined. The wall theme was Mystere Express and Rachel was dressed in a cute conductor's suit to do the commentary. She did most of her lines twice, for a choice of takes. ![]() The tilts started right away and they weren't short. They also had thunderstorms with flashing lights and extended rain from above, which they said later wasn't cold, and steam bursts from behind them. They also had green splats for passing by Loch Ness and Nessy has a cold, blue splats for passing through the town of Blueberry, and hot pink splats for a flock of flamingos on the tracks. Kelley was drinking the water (yuck? I don't think that's tap water), and boasted how much fun she was having, but otherwise the hangers-on were mostly quiet, other than a lot of grunts and whimpers during the tilts. Approximate drop times were 10.02 for Ashley and Will, and 10.04 for Morgan, who came off cussing. Those first three will be Have-nots: Ashley and Morgan's first time, and Will's second. They were followed by 10.20 Mickey, 10.23 Ava, 10.31 Kelley, 10.34 Keanu. Then a scoundrel took control of the train and deeper tilts came. Lauren almost came off and made a great save but then she came off on the next tilt at 10.40. Vince tried to start talking deals with Katherine but she wasn't interested, the tilt stayed tilted, and Katherine came off at 10.45, making Vince the first repeat HOH of the season, after an hour and a quarter, give or take. Props from me especially to Will for lasting a half hour, to Keanu for going longer than burly guys usually do, Lauren for that save, and Vince for hanging in there. Julie said tonight's vote was "his worst nightmare" but that might actually be in the days to come.I'll catch up Vince's HOH room and plans tomorrow.
