I don't care who wins, I'm just here for the cheap entertainment.. the cheaper, the better
This site is about the Big Brother 15 feeds and contains spoilers! It isn't necessarily thorough: it's what I catch and/or what interests me, and it isn't necessarily about who will win, who should win, who's cute or who's horrid. It's about watching hamsters: who's doing what and why. If they aren't entertaining, get rid of 'em! Thanks for encouraging my behavior. Your pal, dingo

CBS shows are Sundays 8pm, Wednesdays 8pm, eviction Thursdays 9pm (changed from Tuesdays, live Wednesdays, Sundays).

Big Brother After Dark is on TVGN for two hours every night starting at midnight/9pm BB time (1 hour later Thursdays), and is censored. Beginning July 19, BBAD runs three hours on Fridays.

Canada runs the TV episodes on Global, and After Dark on Slice, uncensored.

Jury will be nine members, with two finalists.

Weeks 1, 2, 3: The MVP (Elissa) selected the third nominee, privately, and she didn't have to tell anyone she was MVP. If the MVP's nominee won veto, MVP selected the replacement.

Weeks 4, 5, 6: The MVP vote was to name the third nominee directly. If the viewer pick was HOH or and HOH nominee, the third nominee spot went to next highest vote getter.

BB15 prizes are the same: $500k for the winner and $50k for 2nd place. Stipend for the others is $1,000 per week (up from $750), including pre-show hotel and jury sequester. Elissa gets more.

The habitat has 65 cameras (up 12) and 98 microphones (same).

The recorded in-house announcements are the voice of producer Don Wollman.

Dead weight (Wednesday 8/28)

Andy got his suitcase and began to pack for the first time.. he still seems somewhat nervous but he should be fine tomorrow, and Aaryn will finally get the interview with Julie so many were hoping for weeks ago.. Julie said last week she'll strive to appear neutral when it happens, ever the Chenbot.. Aaryn & Judd had another kiss, because that worked out so well for Jessie? - flashback 8/28 6.19pm

They got some activities: cards, Slinky, hackysack, and Jenga.. somehow I don't think Jenga will burn this year like it did on BB7, but that's the price we pay when we don't have Dr Will to entertain us

There was a good spontaneous few minutes this afternoon though when GinaMarie decided to move Judd from the hot tub to the pool.. she pushed, pulled, shoved, and rolled him, and he stayed totally limp for most of it.. it was a big job for tiny GinaMarie but she went at it full shred, like she does, and she finally completed the task.. a good time was had by all, except later when she realized she'd wrenched her back doing it - flashback 8/28 3.44pm

Night-time brought all kinds of awkward including Aaryn, Amanda and GinaMarie adding a few new chapters to Bigotgate, Aaryn continuing to flirt with Judd, Amanda continuing to be over-explicit to McCrae - he seems to be over it, or at least that part of it, and Amanda & Aaryn lemon bleaching their buttholes - yep, you read that right

0

Calm between the storms (Tuesday 8/27)

GinaMarie's maintenance project carried on with more How It's Made illustrations, but she seems to have gotten her hair back to status quo more or less.. Elissa burned up the interwebs once again - OOOH SPOILER ALERT for the complainers who want selective spoilage - by saying she heard Hayden probably made final four in Survivor and that his girlfriend Kat went home early.. it's not even the first time she said it, but you'd think feeds updaters had spoiled the end of Breaking Bad, the royal baby's name, the new pope, and who shot JR all rolled into one.. never mind that whatever's said on the feeds is fair game, and spoilers are what we do - flashback 8/27 11.22am, or go all the way back to 7/8 8.42am for the same convo

They got the camera and took their pics, and Elissa wrote her blog and tweets.. Team Ants staged a strong comeback and were found inside cereal boxes as well as all over the patio area.. apparently Amanda's parents have called in the FBI due to harassment and/or threats made to them, and the rabies rages on

Night-time brought a booze delivery and a very extended game of beer pong that delayed the drinking even longer than usual.. Amanda orchestrated the game but without the logistics or leadership skills Helen used for such things, so they argued for awhile about the rules and setup.. it finally got underway, eventually ended, and they launched into Filthy Telephone, which led to the usual girl-about-girl sniping.. Aaryn scowled most of the day other than this little afternoon peck, and in a sad and desperate case of too little too late, she told them all Elissa said she had a crush on Judd.. Amanda went right to Elissa with that

0

Bully for you (Monday 8/26)

Amanda used her veto on McCrae, and Elissa put up Andy next to Aaryn.. Amanda wasted no time getting back to harassing Elissa, getting in her face about her face, while Elissa was chopping an apple.. nobody was cut, no blood was shed, and both went to smiles, like they do

It was inevitable we end up here: BB is a chess game and we had several weeks of queens Helen and Amanda sparring with each other from afar through their various minions.. with Helen's death, her pawn Elissa made her way across the board to become the new queen, and now she and Amanda are battling it out in close proximity while the rest of the pieces dance around pointlessly

But the spread of rabies out here continues unchecked, with many spewing things as bad or worse about the hamsters as the things they've said.. feedsters are calling for Amanda's head on a platter and the "bully" buzzword is buzzing around like a pesky mosquito.. Elissa hasn't been as loud or as constant, but she's not innocent in all this either.. you have to wonder if these "fans" of the show have memory problems? In-your-face harassment has been famously used by BB legends Dick and Janelle, along with (in)famous tirades by Howie, Chelsia and many others, and anyway, isn't that why we watch? Viewers who want everyone to be nice and get along might want to give Sesame Street a try

0

Awkward Andy

Andy's day went from having his nomination cherry popped to walking in on Elissa like this (awkward), to falling into the pool - flashback 8/26 6.32pm.. he was fine and presumably he just exchanged his mic for a new one since he didn't drown it on purpose.. he was clearly uneasy the rest of the day and night with nerves, and Aaryn was alternately gloomy and grouchy.. the grill was sent off to rehab after its knob-popping BBQ Smackdown Round 4 the other day, but I have faith it'll be back for an unprecedented fifth and final season round

A booze delivery livened things up a bit.. Amanda and Elissa had a long heart to heart, similar to the one Elissa and McCrae had earlier in the day, where they rehashed and sort of apologized.. GinaMarie did a marathon hair maintenance project that implemented pliers and fire, and it was fascinating not only because of the engineering marvel of it but because she didn't ask for help, even in the back.. several new How It's Made illustrations were added to the Deathrace 2013 gallery of BB15 hair wonders and disasters

Remember you don't have to take my word for any of this.. now's the time to get the feeds to watch everything unfold as it happens - just $10 for a month will see you through to the end.. you can click "previous Hamsterwatch episode" at the top of any page to see what came before, and feel free to click the Amazon.com banner up there for any of your Amazon purchases anytime

Ratings - Los Hámsters Hermanos special edition

Ratings are based on Breaking Bad. Some of the evictees fit better than others. Nobody's fit to play Mike Ehrmantraut. Big ups to @joseb19_ for suggesting the Amanda/Aaryn analogy.

Gustavo Fring, mild-mannered successful businessman and philanthropist who also happens to be a criminal mastermind. Not that there's anything wrong with that: it takes an admirable amount of skill plus experience to juggle that many balls year after year. Both of their underlings tend to go rogue a lot, but both BB and Gus are adept at doing whatever it takes to keep up appearances and take out the problems when necessary. Everyone complains about the big picture motives sooner or later, but we keep watching anyway. Guilty pleasures tend to be finger lickin' good even when they're a little greasy.

Won: Nothing yet
NOMINATED
Jesse Pinkman, originally a two-bit criminal with a bad rep who developed into a champion of sorts, but keeps getting shit on anyway. Like Jesse, Aaryn found a mentor who rescued her from the bad crowd she was running with and got her to keep her eye on the prize, but it was always for Walter/Amanda's benefit and never really about their common good. And like Jesse, Aaryn has some serious repercussions to face when it's all over.

Won: 50 shades of orange
USED VETO ON McCRAE
Walter White, originally a non-threatening everyman who, through a series of unfortunate events and bad decisions, ended up getting a taste of power and proceeded to run amok. Every villain has his or her sidekick, and Amanda took Aaryn under her wing like Walter did Jesse to train, mentor, do the dirty work and take all the blame. The metamorphosis of loud but mostly harmless Amanda to the intimidating demonic monster many see her as isn't quite as severe as Walter's Heisenberg, but she too has consequences to face after this that we can only speculate about at this point. It's a fair bet more innocents will suffer before we're finished with either of them.

Won: Nothing yet
NOMINATED
Walter Junior is basically an extra who's there to remind us that normality still exists among the chaos and violence. 'Hi guys, what's up?' was the new 'What's for breakfast?' for awhile as Andy popped up like clockwork to remind us he's still there, and when that got old, Andy changed his script a bit by upping his double-dipping and holding more things. Similarly, Junior changed his name to Flynn when things got weird at home and he got a series of new cars. Both are in the books as members of the cast who stuck longer than most, but neither will be remembered as stars of the show.

Won: Sit out 1 veto comp
HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD
Hank Schrader was originally involved merely due to family relations, but has since become a major character and antagonist. Elissa and Aaryn used to tangle like Hank and Jesse, but now the main event is more about Amanda warning Elissa to 'tread lightly', knowing there isn't all that much Elissa can do to fight back. Like Hank, Elissa has a reserve army, but she can't call on them directly, while Amanda's minions are within easy reach and control. In the beginning, Hank was just doing his job but now it's become personal - it's been personal for Walter all along, and his & Amanda's soldiers aren't limited by laws or decency.. they'll do whatever it takes.

Won: 48 hour cone of shame
Marie Schrader, sideline character and family relation with a history of semi-serious psychological problems and comic relief. Each of them is a regular, recurring character with a desire to fix everything plus an occasional fluffy storyline on the side, but in the end they're both fringe characters. That's not to say they don't have valuable roles: GinaMarie's hair and GMisms are the new Marie's purple and Talking Pillow, tasty side dishes to the meat 'n potatoes the rest of them deliver.

Won: $5,000, 24 hour solitary, revival
Saul Goodman, the sheisty strip mall lawyer in a cheap suit who turns out to be not only a bad guy's best friend but a fan favorite, who saw that coming? Saul's the only one with serious spin-off talk and Judd's the only one most would like to see again anytime soon. Neither is a saint, both are shadyfucks, but both come through in a pinch when needed. Most of the time. Maybe Judd could get a job on Saul's show as the new Huell, or even a muttery paralegal whose accent accidentally causes hilarious situations, like Ricky Ricardo. Better call Judd!

Won: $5,000
Skyler White, the one everyone loves to hate, but her original sin was really just guilt by association. Both Skyler and McCrae's roles were meant to represent the moral high road but both succumbed to the dark side once they realized how deep the muck was, albeit unwillingly at first and with unforeseen complications. McCrae's feedster cred was pregnant with possibilities, but like Skyler's long overdue baby, that potential was largely forgotten after delivery. Walter/Amanda are still out there running their respective games as they spiral into certain disaster, and it's too late now for Skyler/McCrae to jump off the ride before it crashes.

Won: 24 hour megaphone, Bahamas trip
Steve Gomez, a bit player who keeps showing up, usually in the same role and it's rarely a pivotal one. But each has gone the distance and they're still there, and this week Spencer gets to vote for the first time in eons! Maybe Gomie will have a meaty scene soon too.

Won: 2 night curfew, BBQ party
She started out okay but once she won HOH, she got a raging case of HOHitis that never cleared up. Her political background helped her manipulate them but she played it too heavy, and that was her undoing with both hamsters and feedsters. She learned about teabagging and dental dams this summer, but someone needs to tell her dentists use them too. She held nail parties, orchestrated activities, cried way too many fake tears and a few real ones, reminded everyone she's a mom more than BB9 Sheila Kennedy, and she overused 'I love you' like a teenage boy trying to get laid. #STFUHelen became a thing on Twitter for a few weeks, and it even trended on her eviction show.
My pre-season prediction:
Most likely to talk too much and too long.
Check and double-check.

Won: Nothing
She was a non-entity for most of the season other than crying over Helen's BBQ party (then going anyway) plus a knockdown drag-out with Amanda, until she got wind she was about to be evicted. Then she revved up Tropical Storm Jessie and swore she'd turn them all against each other after she left. That was fun for an afternoon and would have made her one of the most memorable hamsters of all time if she'd kept it up but alas, she fizzled, apologized, and will fade into obscurity with so many others. She had the reputation of being a man-izer but most of that happened before the feeds, and all we got was a 2-day sHOwmance with Judd.
My pre-season prediction:
Most likely to find herself without an alliance.
Check, repeatedly.

Won: $5,000, 1 week clown suit
She laid around with Howard until he left, and then she mostly laid around by herself. She still managed to figure in many of the fights, including one during the veto comp and one during her own eviction. I think a lot of their problems with her started before the feeds did, but it's fair to say she egged it on as well. She'll be remembered for tragic life stories, being the Mad Hatter sitting on hats (or not), Keepin' It Real With Candie, her crab shack story, meeting Julie in a clownitard, and the #BlameCandice hashtag game.
My pre-season prediction:
Most likely to say she's there 'for the experience'
I don't know if she said that much or not.

Won: Nothing
He was eloquent and animated in Diary but we didn't get that guy on the feeds. Instead he mostly laid around with Candice, held Bible study in the coach seats, and prayed in the photo booth. He isolated Candice and himself, killing both of their games, and their combined lack of awareness foiled any chance for his 11th hour save plan to succeed. He gave sudden speeches that few understood, but he wore Candice's tassel earrings and Judd's crown equally well.
My pre-season prediction:
Most likely to parannoy, eventually
Fail - others freaked out for no reason more than he did

Won: Nothing
She was a caboose for the mean girl train and when she wasn't straddling Jeremy, she was laying around making out with him, including in her bestie's HOH bed whenever Aaryn stepped away. She took being widowed better than GinaMarie, but she had several days to prepare for it and seemed almost proud of making 'Big Brother history' by using her veto. Otherwise she brought eyebrow adventures, and apologies when she mouthed off, which is more than some.
My pre-season prediction:
Most likely to be intimidated, taken advantage of, and blindsided
Fail, although Jeremy's eviction did blindside her. Taken advantage of is subjective.

Won: Permanent Have-not pass
He claimed 1/16 Cherokee but he besmirched that heritage regularly, along with many others. He caused and starred in the big Winegate fight, smooched with Kaitlin while laying his hand on Aaryn's leg, wore a diaper, and mistakenly boasted he'd win every comp. He was a boy in a man's body, but his tattoos were nicer looking than most heavily tatted hamsters' have been. He'll be most remembered for being the asshat of BB15.
My pre-season prediction:
Most likely to get in a fight
Check.

Won: Nothing
He came in saying he hoped for stardom but it probably won't happen as a result of this show. Overnighters got to know his blue hoodie & cap well, and he was usually the last one to go to bed. That's usually good strategy but it didn't help him. The over-the-top character he played in pre-season interviews gave him a rough start with most, but he didn't stick long enough for us (me anyway) to get to know what he's really about.
My pre-season prediction:
Most likely to namedrop and be generally annoying
Subjective, but I'll take it.

Won: Nothing
He didn't bring much to the feeds and he seemed oblivious about how the show works, but those types are the ones who get blindsided and we always like to see that. The Aaryn & David Comedy Show was fun for a minute but all the controversy she fed took the fun out of that, so it's just as well he got gone early. Back to the beach and watching BB on the couch with mom.
My pre-season prediction:
Most likely to climb on stuff and be told 'Stop that!'
Check, first night of feeds.

LINES OF THE DAY

Wednesday
Elissa on CBS: It's so weird, I'm not meaning to be bipolar

GinaMarie: I want to go to the Alamo, I saw that in Pee-Wee Herman

Elissa: I need everyone to hurry and get their food before the ants do

Tuesday
Elissa: Even when Amanda was yelling at me, I feel like it helped me revive, staying up here that day

Andy: If Elissa got a Six Flags coupon, we're all gonna get something bad, I wonder what it is
me: Post-finale fallout? Zing!

Elissa about Aaryn: I will literally leave this house if she stays, I will walk out the door

Andy: We had a diverse cast until Aaryn & GinaMarie wiped them all out

Amanda: I'm so anxious to see what America thinks of me

Spencer: Didn't Jeff & Jordan get to go see the girls gymnastics team?

Monday
Spencer: Fuck! They took the grill

Aaryn to GinaMarie: If someone leaves a dirty dish, fuck it

Andy about his nominee speech: Cuntrag I believe is not allowed on CBS

Judd: Somebody call Poppy Montgomery!

Aaryn: I can't explain this without sounding completely racist...

Amanda: Are you guys impressed that Elissa and I can be within three feet of each other?
Judd: Oh yeah, I forgot

Aaryn: Janelle had fake hair?!

Aaryn: Does that mean that our season just blows?
