Coming & going
They're being called to Diary one after another, recording farewells that may or may not air and whatever else they do in thereThe coven dynamics are pretty interesting for a change, and may or may not be showing us something between the lines: Ivette's very quiet and gloomy, almost half asleep when it's just her & April.. minutes later when it's just Ivette & Maggie, Ivette's smiling, perky and interested - almost as if she's flirting, and it works: Maggie's chipper & chattier than ever.. Ivette is thoroughly intrigued or faking it well.. when it's April, it's snippy comments or just silence all around
As usual, there's no end of the kind of stuff that just makes you roll your eyes, or worse.. they continue hashing over the game history, changing it to suit their needs, justifying their noms & votes thus far
Maggie (to Ivette): You can't buy into Palo Alto, you have to be born in Palo Alto
April (joining): I got cramps

In spite of all her talk so far, Maggie's finally admitting without actually saying so what we all know: that all her choices since the first week have been entirely personal
Ivette spares us some of the misery by silently playing with a fuzzball for awhile.. the cameras play along and follow it as it rolls & floats away.. it's a happier wakeup scene in the pimp room, as usual.. when Howie joins the patio group the atmosphere equalizes a bit.. they keep talking game and about James.. they tell him some of reasons they didn't like Janelle early on & since.. when he goes off to Diary a possible slip-up gives us all kinds of hope
April: He really feared James, didn't he?
Maggie: Big time!
April: He's scared shitless of him
Maggie: I think he's proud that James left before him.. not that he's leaving now but that he.. you know?
Ivette: Yea
April: What do you mean, not that he's leaving now? His fucking ass is leaving now!
Maggie: No.. what I'm saying is he's not upset that he's leaving now, he's happy that James left before him
April: Oh.. yea yea yea yea yea
Howie makes himself a nice breakfast of eggs/eggbeaters, microwave bacon, bagel, chocolate milk.. juggling it all to take outside the bagel flies.. awww poor Howie

Janelle comes out and looks like she's headed for a real bad hair day, but she rebounds as always, enough to have friendly (sounding) chats with Ivette and Maggie both.. when they go off to play HOH camera, she heads back to training

Camera day again, as if there aren't enough snaps of them floating around the internet already.. these are the Thanksgiving pics though: the ones that give the illusion of a big happy family, even though everybody knows the real truthHowie & April pose for my favorite - hopefully a prophetic shot
They start with boobies pokes and boobies grabs.. they check them and say "that looks a little porno - erase it" and go back to the same ol' flying onto the bed and pics of pics

When Ivette goes to do her blog the camera goes too - the smiles are good & gone now and it's only bitterness & ongoing hatred outside.. in the pimp room Howie & Janelle remain optimistic and focused

   They're watching the wrong house again so I'll watch the wrong show.Tuesday's show was fantastic! I was glad they countered Ivette's complaint about Howie eating her Reese's Pieces with segments showing how he shared all his HOH snacks (twice) and James taking out the toy car from Howie's last HOH cereal box & even appying its decals! It wasn't nice of them to air Janelle's comment about Ivette's girlfriend, especially after the 'Housecalls' where producers Wollman and/or Shapiro said they focus on the game for the show and not personal stuff (in response to a question about Ivette's non-aired racist Kaysar=Osama comments), but at least they started showing some of the coven's late night hate speech in HOH.. about time! It's been a slow couple of days in the house so I'm glad they spent 10 minutes on the recycled morphomatic comp, and I'm pleased they were still able to fit in the other key events: Ivette getting fried by the barbecue, Maggie shouting 'Fuck Julie!' and April's endless nose picking, along with their group 'tickling', constant 'Janelle's a whore' and endless cooter-coochy-roast beef chat. It was nice to see them show the sore losers lament that Janelle won the veto by cheating and having sex with the producers. At least they showed Janelle in a mostly positive light this time and didn't dwell on Ivette's 'you manipulated the men in this house' comment too much. zzzzz |

   NOMINATEDHer time on the block has really disappointed me after all the angst we've seen from her before it finally happened. She's a little paranoid and a little pissy but she's provided nothing of the drama queen deluxe that we've been promised for over two months. She continues to make as many faux pas's & Freudian slips as she misses, but it's not enough. I won't give up hope that she's the one going tomorrow until Julie says so, but April's the one who's set us up all season to expect the unexpected every Thursday and then everything turns out completely as planned anyway. She's been in on every backdoor so far so she deserves to go out that way too.. I know, I'm in denial.. please don't burst my bubble. I need her gone. |

   NOMINATEDI sure hope this isn't his last day & night in there, cuz when he goes all the fun goes out with him. He's been one of the biggest and best surprises we've had this year: the arrogant idiot turned out to be more of an idiot savant, and the only one out of 14 whose sense of humor runs 24/7: he's far more reliable than the feeds. I don't mind his sex chat but many do, and let's face it: when he gets going on that stuff he's well over the top. It's a wonder - and it says a lot about his character & personality - that his over-detailed XXX mouth didn't make him the most-hated hamster inside and outside the house, but there you are: that's our Howie. I'm still hoping he's up here where he belongs tomorrow and not down below with the empty-cagers. |

   HEAD of HOUSEHOLDI've totally given up trying to figure out what she says or does. She's like James: I don't think I believe a single word that comes out of her mouth to anyone including Diary, since she's forever contradicting herself depending who she's talking to. She can almost be fun to listen to once in awhile, but it's so rare and the rest of her stuff is so vile & hateful that the fun stuff doesn't count at all. She's the definition of 'over the line' and the only thing that will make me happy over the next week or so is an open power struggle between her & Maggie.. I'm pretty sure Ivette's been the one pulling Maggie's strings all along and I'd be rooting for Ivette if they go toe-to-toe (this time only). |

  She's got to win HOH tomorrow, that's all there is to it - then she can give us the Kill Bill rampaging finish we all need. She's the star of the show and everyone knows it, including them, and we can only hope the producers & editors have been simply doing their usual misdirection by alternately ignoring her and painting her as the villain all this time. Her enemies hate her for no real reason and it's amazing how easily that hatred feeds on itself as soon as they think of her.. it's real sad too, and says way more about them than it does about her. C'mon Jedi Janey, we need a happy ending here and only you can give it to us! |

  Hateful, petty, mean, secretive, sneaky, and sanctimonious.. she's a self righteous cow who brings a whole new meaning to the word hypocrite. She's spent most of the last month thinking she's in charge and that's only cuz she's Eric's widow game-wise: I think she's dumb as a rock and most of Ivette's Cappylove is just a show to stay on her good side. If Howie goes tomorrow and/or if Janelle doesn't win HOH I won't be able to bear watching her much at all. Her ignorance of the show, the feeds, and her failure to read her contract is clearer every day: today she set up her parents & grandparents for visits and/or stalkings by detailing just about everything about them but their social security numbers. |

Not as fabulous as promised, and it doesn't seem right that he knows so many people that Janelle & Howie do, not to mention he's pals with BB2 Hardy. I thought he'd be this year's Cowboy at #2 but he won an HOH so he's gone. |

   He played a good game, saved himself too many times, and played both sides against each other instead of for himself. He wasn't a very nice boyfriend, and he was mostly dull with an excuse for everything. Arrogance was his undoing. |

   Half of the oddest pairing since Oscar & Felix, she did her best but went to bed too early to make it all happen. She's not the most fun hamster by a long shot, but she's one of the most decent and I wish her well. |

   She wanted to 'stir up the house like Kaysar did' but instead she stirred up everyone with a whopper of a lie to America's Choice, and she took out his partner with a huge lie of omission. So long Jenn and remember, roses really smell like poo poo. |

   America's Choice by 82% (at least) but he was out 4th and 6th. He turned the game on its ear, took out an emperor, and fell for Janelle overnights but was taken out by the cheerleader who took out his partner because she cried. He's a class act and did it all with brains, humor and integrity. |

   She was too young & too naive to be in there but held up well considering she played with the boyfriend from hell. I'm glad she got out early and alive. |
