Thursday's not-live Coup/Eviction show was first for the hour with a 2.6 rating and 9 share, ahead of 'Who Wants to Be a Millionaire' on ABC with 1.9/7, 'Bones' rerun on FOX with 1.5/5, and '30 Rock' rerun on NBC with 1.4/5.

Comps determine living conditions. The losers live in the Jail room with lights always on cold water showers, and slop.
Viewer votes determine one additional food item the sloppers can have.
Teams are over. There were four teams: Populars, Jocks, Brainiacs, and Offbeats.
Teamies of the HOH could not be nominated, but they could compete in the next week's HOH comp.
Hamsters earn $750 a week including pre-show hotel and jury sequester. It's possible Jessie gets more (BB7 All-Stars did).
The habitat has 52 cameras and 80 mics.
The recorded Big Brother in-house announcements are the voice of producer Don Wollman.

Arts, crafts, and scams
They were up extra early for the afternoon taping of what wasn't a live show - some mornies had trouble recognizing who's who.. they were given recycled arts & crafts during primping in the form of jewelry kits and origami paper, reviving fond memories of BB6/7 James Rhine's little paper creationsLydia & Russell were the most forgotten nominees yet, especially Lydia.. she made an origami samurai hat and Russell made a mongoose.. feeds went down early and stayed down, in the biggest sham The Powers That Be have pulled since they started blocking the fallout from jury questioning
Jeff called upon The Wizard and Jessie's Magic Unicorn took him away once and for all, and Michele won HOH.. we can only guess at the fallout that ensued
It sounds like all the girls got cosmetics, about $20 worth each, possibly to placate them (Chima) about their bad, no good, horrible day.. Chima led Lydia & Natalie in a teary (sort of), sippy, bitter eulogy for Jessie that was odd and creepy.. Lydia took advantage of the situation to rile up Chima & Natalie into a frenzy of hate towards Jeff & Russell
Most of them brought us strobing fishies for much of the night, especially Chima, talking about production and other taboo topics.. Chima got a bit heated and was finally called into Diary for a very long time, coming out at the stroke of 12 (end of Showtime) looking a lot more relaxed
Jeff, Jordan, Russell and Michele hung out in the backyard for a long time, talking friendly, and spent more time together in HOH - the first time Jeff's ever just hung out there relaxing - before Natalie went to Diary and Chima & Lydia crashed the party.. Michele's probably going to put up Chima & Natalie (but they're expecting Russell)
We've now got teams of 4 versus 4, made up of 2 Jocks + 1 Brain + 1 Popular versus 2 Offbeats + 1 Brain + 1 Jock from the original groupings - they're pretty even from that perspective, which is interesting.. we've also got 5 girls and 3 guys, and things could still go that way too

Of course Thursday's show was satisfying and probably upsworthy (if you overlook the typical editing hackjob), but they're only saved from a double negative for today's criminal feeds blackout by the fact that Jessie's gone, and it was possibly their doing. They revived America's Player last year just in time to dump the dead weight, and they recycled the Coup d'Etat in time to do it this year. Coincidence? Maybe.. I'm just glad he's gone from my feeds forever.SUPER BIG UPS to Hamsterwatchers and #BB11 Twitterers everywhere for making our voices heard today about the feeds blackout. We couldn't make them turn the feeds on, but they know we're angry and so do thousands of others, including media outlets. Well done! |

Team PopularVTE Jessie She had the best reaction when Jeff stood up, but I think it might have been just a bit over(re)acted. There was a reason they taped the show and whatever we speculate that reason was, we know they had ample opportunity to forewarn them or even do retakes. Regardless, Jordan was fun tonight, as she always is, but with so much going on and no booze, she took a backseat tonight.. she'll be back to ups in no time. |
 
Team Offbeat Won: $5,000VTE Jessie He sat in on the creepy eulogy but wasn't a full participant, and he had a nice chat with Michele later where she assured him he wouldn't be going up. I like him but I don't know what it is: he's so sincere and earnest when he gets going, but for some reason I tend to zone out and not absorb much of it. |

At the rate she's going, she's well on her way to earning finals votes for wins alone, if she makes it that far. She's been playing both sides all week but she's a lot friendlier and more relaxed when talking with Jorff and even Russell than she is the ickies so it's fair to assume she'll be putting up Chima & Natalie as discussed. |

Team Jock Won: $10,000NOMINATED VTE Natalie He set himself up nicely for finals with that vote tonight, if he gets there. Sure he swaggers and barks, and does a lot of things that defy all logic, but I like him and his acting skills. I just wish he'd do one of those 'aaaand scene' announcements to clue us in when he is. |
    Team Jock Won: $2,500 He showed up again uninvited and pretty much killed the feeds for those who were glad to see him leave last year. This time he had a new chin, only talked about himself again, got his toenails painted pink, lost weight, got (at least) four HJs and one condom event with Lydia, all while playing he was Natalie's BFF. He went on Hamsterwatch ignore early during this second stint, and once again got his empty wheel before his time, so I don't have much more to say except hallelujah, he's gone! |
   Team Brain Won: Nothing He looked great on paper but his BB expertise was more stats & CBS versions than anything practical - he obviously missed the start of BB10 or he wouldn't have duplicated Brian's suicidal game. He played a dirty game that included a Michele smear campaign, but Natalie did most of the dirty work he took credit for. He exiled himself a couple times, didn't share his HOH camera, talked non-stop (usually about himself), and generated more hate around the BB interwebs than most. |
   Team Offbeat - Won: 1 week banana gig Videos of him & Jessie together surfaced early and their covert partnership ran the house for two weeks, but that deal expired after the Ronnie Mutiny was forgotten and Casey was blamed for Natalie's hinky vote. His quick wit provided memorable one-liners on a daily basis, and they only got better from both Angry Banana and Sad Banana. He came in like an aging Mike Boogie but he got past that, earning lots of fans thanks to his humor, his laid back style, and his ability to not take it all so seriously. |
   Team Popular - Won: Nothing She was the star of the first CBS eps although she was barely in there. Her boobies were a show in themselves, and she protested way too much about the attention they got (usually while thrusting them at anyone handy). Mostly she was a miseryguts, glaring & pouting, and claiming to have everything figured out like BB9 Allison but with Shelley Duvall's voice. Her face-off with Jessie was memorable thanks to 'let me get down to your level', 'you're not the boss of me' and 'thrown under the river'. |
   Team Popular - Won: Nothing His nekkid pics got out before the premiere, he said Julie's a ho, and he started a race riot in there - but his target Kevin wasn't offended by the words as much as that they hadn't been buddies. The habitat went nuts waffling about his eviction vote (vs Chima) but he was barely involved, although he did provide the fodder for her most shocking nominee speech ever. Despite all that, Braden turned out to be a funny hamster and a great third to the Jeff & Jordan comedy team. |
