There are four teams: Populars, Jocks, Brainiacs, and Offbeats.
Teamies of the HOH cannot be nominated. We don't yet know if they can compete in the next week's HOH comp.
Comps determine living conditions for the teams. The losers live in the Jail room with lights always on, cold water showers, and slop.
Viewer votes will determine one additional food item the sloppers can have.
The habitat has 52 cameras and 80 mics.

Jordan continues to be the all-around entertainer in there, but Lydia & Jessie went undercovers in the HOH for an afternooner today, surprising most everyone watchingWe now know it was a HJ, with no on-the-lips kissing (per Lydia to Kevin) - remember, in Lydia's pre-season interiews, she said she'd be willing to do guys or girls in order to further her game
Evening was great fun (largely thanks to two booze deliveries) and led to sex chat, drunken games, and a drum circle with dancing girls

Cliquemates? Superalliance? I'm not sure we need more tired catchphrases than we already have on this show, but it was a decent episode I guess, despite some strange editing. When the Laura & Casey bits came on I almost wondered who they were, as they're so rarely on the feeds, and I'm still confused exactly why Braden was nominated: I could be wrong, but I think "today's current events" happened the day before the veto meeting. According to Sunday's show, Ronnie would be the likely target for being so weasel-y. Oops no, I forgot they're pushing the Jocks & Brains alliance, but hey, at least they introduced Braden early in the show so viewers will know who he is before he shakes hands with Julie on Thursday.Another open question is about Team Jock being upset with Jeff for throwing comps, but they're fine with Natalie spelling a 4-letter word? And yet another editing question popped up with Russell saying the worse scenario would be Jeff winning veto and taking Lydia off the block - which he went on to do himself. They started setting up the Lydia/Jessie/Natalie showmangle© just in time before today's HJ escalated that, but otherwise I'm at a loss for how they arrive at the storylines they air. |

Team PopularNOMINATED I like him more than I thought I would (not counting the racial slurs of course) and it'll be sad to see him go. He isn't on the feeds as much as he should be but when he is, he adds a lot of comedy, great one-liners, and is a perfect third for the comedy stylings of Jeff & Jordan. But somebody's gotta go first - maybe his agent caught the feeds and/or did some research on the BB interwebs and called to demand they cut him loose. |
 
Team OffbeatHe doesn't do much for me as a rule, but he was fun tonight leading drunken 5th grade games, and he tried his hardest to get a drum circle going although without much luck. It was a great fun night with all 13 participating, and I have to give Casey credit and ups for orchestrating much of it. |
 
Team BrainNOMINATED She came close to earning ups for dancing at the drum circle and for starting a small spat about the bathroom being dirty, but she needs to step it up and deliver the feisty she promised us. Maybe next week when she's not on the block we'll get more from her. |
 
Team JockHis teamies hate him but he's a very funny guy and brings a lot to the feeds on a daily basis. The funniest thing about TECTRONICS was that he thought he'd spelled TEC(H)NOTRONICS. Tonight's bit about his pronunciation of 'bowl fighting' and 'Raging Bowl' ('What?! I AM saying it!') will surely hit CBS sometime when they need a goony filler segment for a Sunday show, provided he sticks long enough - it was hilarious. |

Team PopularThis girl was made for Hamsterwatching! She has problems telling time, she continues to give up WAY too much info about anything & everything personal, and as annoying as fishies can be, it's just too funny that she can't control her singing when she's sippy. But despite her total lack of sophistication, she has some finely-honed flirting and social skills that should do a lot for her in there. |
 
Team OffbeatHe's not pulling his weight in there at all. He pretty much just talks to Lydia and he's in the background the rest of the time. As much as I was dreading 24/7 of his promised flamboyant flaming, now I'm hoping we see some of it on Thursday. |

Team OffbeatI can't even pretend to keep up with her but you have to give her credit (or something) for whatever that was undercovers today. I think I believe what she told Kevin, that she gave Jessie an HJ, but I'm not so sure I believe that she likes him.. maybe she was just testing Kevin's loyalty, to see if the word would get around. I can't really see someone laughing at him about having to go get the guy some pants afterwards, or saying 'With these two fingers, I'm coming back this week' if she was really into him. Then again, I can't really see her crying over people judging her for having tattoos like she did on the show tonight, since people who are truly hurt by such things don't tend to call such attention to themselves with that many visible tats. I'm telling you, she turns those tears on & off like a faucet. |
 
Team BrainKinky Michele was at it again tonight, with a strip-down and hoochie dance on command, along with tonight's lavendar number getting caught up in her undies - oops. She got sippier than most of them (or at least showed it most), and was the funniest to watch during the evening escapades. She rarely wears her glasses on the feeds, but I noticed CBS has her in them for the show intro, to remind us she's brainy. Isn't stereotyping fun? |
 
Team JockShe's still whining about her hurt shoulder and I don't know what caused it, unless it was when Jessie was throwing her around yesterday. My guess is it's at least part attention ploy, since she keeps going to Jessie for sports medicine. She played pool tonight and specifically said her shoulder didn't hurt much, so we'll see what happens tomorrow. It was deliciously awkward when she joined the HOH love sex birds after their nap, and I'm waiting for that poop to hit the fan. What a season we'll have if we get not one but two showmangles! |
 
Team BrainI'm still sort of pulling for him, but I didn't see a lot of him today and when I did, it was all game game game as usual. He gets an upgrade to neutral for his flying leap into the pool during drinky time, but he's got to do more than that to return to ups: he knows full well that was a total replay of BB8 Zach's running leap into the pool, but he did it nekkid. |
 
Team JockI'm warming up to him a little more each day, partly because he rarely talks game and when he does, it's just for a few minutes - yet he's got Final 2 'deals' with at least half of them if not more. The rest of the time he's usually eating (he'll be GREAT fun on slop) or sleeping - or being funny. He tried to play 4-4-40 again tonight and had four takers, but alas, BB killed the game. Yes, I know it can kill people and I truly don't wish injury or illness on any of them, but they're all adults who signed releases, and the voices in my head agree with Lovemuscle that it would have been funny to have them all puking. Funny in a very sick way, of course. |
