Feeds technical question???

Hi all. I am sure this must have been addressed before, but I am just to lazy to look through the forum for the answer. Does anyone watching the feeds have clear feeds? I have a basically brand new computer which should display the feeds super clear, but the feeds are very grainy looking. You can see if with the screen-caps as well, which I have not found a way to make clearer. I have tried using HI/LO to see if it makes a difference - the LO is worse. I just can't understand why they are not very good quality. I pay for the fastest cable Internet speeds that Comcast offers, using a wireless router. Do external things affect the quality? Or is this just what you get for $ 12.00/MO???
