Sam: i think you are already doing it . to take some time alone for you .. looking back it was sad but it was a good thing. especially once i came back to the house it was so stressful to have everyone on you.. take the majority of the day to do the pampering.. that is impossible to do down there.. take the time to be alone.. beautify bay. listen to your music and do a little dancing . and regain your confidence
