Is it true that there are people outside BB house with Bull horns today?

I've heard that there are people outside the BB house with bull horns trying to warn about Dick?? Supposedly all the houseguests are in the HOH lockdown now and the BB music blaring so they can't hear. I don't have the feeds so I don't know if this is true or not. I'm supposing this is not true but what imaginations BB viewers have. lol

What on earth would they warn them about? That he is vile, nasty, and wants to browbeat them into submission? That Danielle does what he says? I think they got that already.
