Did they have a nomination and elimination ceremony already? Is that why ED is gone? But yet Rachel is still HoH and Keith and Porsche are nominated?

There's a part of me that suspects he did that on purpose to "help" his daughter with her golden key for 6 weeks.

I'm kind of thinking now it might all be a PR stunt, mutually beneficial for Dick and CBS, but we'll probably never know for sure
