You can vote more than once for the AC vote online, but you have to clear your browser and go back in.

No - it's not cheating, because those texting their votes get 10 votes per cell phone number. So it's only fair that the internet voters get 10 votes per ISP address. As in the past, I'm sure that no more than 10 votes per computer will be counted.
