I'm going to be very sad to see Renny go this week as I love her personality and I think she's played an excellent game. IMO, she's made (2) mistakes which cost her this game. The first mistake was the Authoritarian way that she ran her HOH (including the error of not putting up Ollie against April). But the most critical error was the one that she & Keesha shared Friday night before the VETO competition.

Several people had asked the DR if there was going to be a POV comp on Friday night/early Saturday morning. The DR would neither confirm or deny. Keesha finally became so impatient that she opened the wine. She, Jerry & Renny were enjoying a glass, Memphis was heading to the shower & Dan was in the DR. Ten minutes after she opened the wine, the DR announced that the POV would begin in 2 hours.

Jerry finished his wine and went to lay down. Memphis came out of the shower, had a glass of wine and was drinking it when the 2nd DR announcement was made at the 1 1/2 hr. point. He polished off his glass. Dan came out of the DR, and refused the wine offered to him. Keesha and Renny continued to finish off the wine.

Needless to say, by the time the POV comp rolled around both Keesha and Renny were very buzzed, shrieking, laughing and horsing around. A great time! When the feeds came back, they were both crying. Surprisingly enough, they had both lost.

Although I fully understand the desire to get buzzed, sacrificing a competition for the release was a serious lapse in judgment. They had spent the entire day talking about how crucial it was that one or the other of them won the POV, and were aware of the scenario that if Keesha came off the block that Memphis would go up, and if Renny won the POV they were both safe. Yet they both opted to handicap themselves - the result being that Renny is going home this week. $500K is a lot of money to spend on a buzz.

You are so right,Moviegal! I really wish that Renny had not let Keesha talk her out of getting rid of Memphis a long time ago....but Keesha's need for male attention was obvious from the begining...Renny should have been wary of that. I'm very sorry to see Renny go ..I would have loved to see my favorite win for once. It would be great if Keesha stirs it up this week and throws the boys off...( I can dream ,right?) :D

Moviegal, you are right on the $.

The pre-Veto wine drinking was the kiss of death for the dawlin duo. I could do nothing but shake my head in disbelief as I watched it happen.

While I would like to be able to say that Keesha knew what she was doing and knew that *this* way, she wouldn't have to vote out Renny, I know in my heart that she was just bored/nervous and looking for a way out.

It was, like, sooo immature, you know what I mean? ;) (I'd laugh here but I can't imitate the dolphin-machine gun laugh)

Last night on the BY couches, after Keesha said her DR goodbye to Renny, they were discussing what had gone wrong. Renny had stated that if she had won move POV's, they might not be in this circumstance. Keesha said she should have worked harder to win POV to save Renny. Then there was weighty silence, as I'm sure that they both contemplated the elephant in the room - if they hadn't both got trashed right before the comp, the result might have been different.

I'm sorry, but I thought that both Renny & especially Keesha were both mean-spirited drunks last night. When it comes to personal attacks, these (2) have been some of the worst offenders in the house, IMO (along with Jerry's totally uncalled for and obscene, lewd comments concerning Keesha). Keesha is so sweet & nice - until her ego is a bit deflated. As long as she thinks she's the hottest gal in the house, she's fine. If that comes into question, or men pay attention to anyone but her, she turns into a shrieking shrew. Her vanity and vapidity has been what's kept me from really liking her this whole season...and truthfully, I think her mouth last night may have cemented her fate. Now both Dan & Memphis are scared of how she's going to react...and unless she wins HOH tonight (and anything can happen, remember last year when they screwed Sharon out of her HOH with that ridiculous Beebees question) I think she's dead in the water for the final (2).

I think everyone in the house has said rotten things ..the worst by far being Jerry...I was so shocked by some of the disgusting things he has said, most of them being sexual. I wanted to like Jerry from the begining.. but he was such a disappointment. :( Most of the time I try to remember that being in that house must be extremely hard..I know I would go "batshit crazy" :D no wonder they have to see a therapist after the show..
You're right on about Keesha's insecurity...she really was getting upset about the guys thinking Angie is pretty...she is pretty...any girl with self-esteem is not threatened by every pretty girl around. Keesha is thrilled to be the only girl there..she doesn't think of Renny as a threat in the looks department but I think Keesha should only HOPE she looks as good as Renny at 54 !! :p

YES, that was an expensive BUZZ....NOW IF ONLY.....The two "boys" would decide to split to force Jerry to break the tie, and IF ONLY JERRY was smart enough to see that they are going to toss him aside anyway, and he were to KEEP RENNY...that just might turn this whole scripted in favor of DAN purported reality show out the door...surely they would have to do POV's were Jerry and Renny would at least have a chance, and just maybe DAN and MEMPHIS would get exactly what they deserve....OUT THE DOOR.

EDIE ANN::: Yes, we are going to have to watch DAN and MEMPHIS laugh their way to the bank....but I suspect neither one will have much left witin 6 months....so maybe that is some consolation....but sure would be nice to see someone else toss them to the curb.
