help with feeds

I posted this on the misc. thread but no replies so I thought I'd try it here. I have a mac running 10.5.4 and cannot open the feeds. When I click on watch now, it just spins. I tried all the solutions on Real's webpage, and then tried a to do a chat with them, but it kept being cut off. Any ideas?
