There was a program that let you watch the bb feeds that wasn't real player. It let you open multiple cams at once, take screencaps and was free. Does anyone know the name?

Nope. It was totally free even if you already have superpass.

You would still have to subscribe to feeds somewhere right? This isn't a free view into the house, right? Or else who in their right mind would pay for it. Excuse me if I sound dense. I just want to make sure and I'm sure I'm not the only pc-illiterate person out there in the world of hamsterwatching.

Correct. You need to subscribe to the feeds and have Real Player installed on your machine to use that.

I'm very tech-savvy so if anyone needs computer help (BB feed related or otherwise) I'm your guy.

Since you're tech-savvy, do you have any suggestions as to why I cannot access hamsterwatch.com on my home network. I can take my home laptop away from the house and access it but not while I am at home. I have no children and therefore do not have parental controls on my computers. Any suggestions?

Is your network behind a firewall (hardware or software)? It sounds like maybe the firewall is blocking the site.

I have a wireless router still in its box that I bought a couple years ago since its directions sounded like they were built-in and couldn't be opted out of.. I had no way to know for sure if they could be turned off or not and didn't want to take the chance :(

I shoulda brought it back to the store ::grumble grumble::
