Hi everyone! As I'm sure you all are current with the upcomming Big Brother season 10 premier, you probably don't need a reminder. If you haven't read the Hamsterwatch main site (link posted above) or have recieved the latest twitter from our witty hamster forum moderator, the premier is July 13th!!! Yeppie!! Dingo says that the the feeds will kick in after the premier with audiences for the live eviction.

I hope this season is full of exicitement. Lets be optimistic.

Well, that's all I really wanted to say. Was just wondering who was still lingering around the boards. Look forward to chatting with everyone in the chat room during the show on the 13th!

I'm really hopeful there will be a more diverse cast, instead of the young wannabe models there have been the past couple of seasons.

Armed forces? Or civillian working? Either way, thanx for the services. It means a lot for people like me. I pray for them everyday and respect everything they do. I'm 33, maybe not old enough to be any of their mother, but they are still our children.

I hope they know that thru all the anti war stuff going on, that no one has forgotten what it is to be a soldier. And for that we salute.

Now, lets hope that more come home.:)

It seems they are going to try to recapture the magic of seasons past by playing it straight up with no twists. The have also brought back old (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/bio/renny_10/bio.php) people (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/bio/jerry_10/bio.php)! Yay? Yay! I guess since last season's all young people gimmick was kind of terrible (mostly because the producers haven't learned anything from MTV) we are going to be treated to some generational clashes and possibly a heart attack or 12.

Anyway, here are some snap judgments I have made about the cast. After all, the best way to judge a book is by its cover.

Brian (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/bio/brian_10/bio.php): Looks like a douche. Unless he is a huge jerk I probably won't care about him.
Angie (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/bio/angie_10/bio.php): She better have a hot body otherwise who cares?
Memphis (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/bio/memphis_10/bio.php): Memphis is a stripper name. And yet this is a guy. And he REALLY looks like a douche. Nice faux-hawk buddy.
April (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/bio/april_10/bio.php): This one looks bat-shit crazy, just like April from Season 6. God, I hope so!
Ollie (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/bio/ollie_10/bio.php): Usually when they mention someone as being uber-religious that's Big Brother's way of saying that this person will be super judgmental. Bad choice on the hat. I hope he wears it everyday.
Michelle (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/bio/michelle_10/bio.php): Her bio says that she is 28, single, an animal lover, and that her mom is her best friend. That tells me that she is desperate for a man and will likely hook up. Too bad she's not hot (at least in the picture, Big Brother has fooled me before!)
Jerry (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/bio/jerry_10/bio.php): Here's hoping that this guy is really crotchety, stuck in his ways, and borderline racist. The physical challenges should be a real adventure.
Libra (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/bio/libra_10/bio.php): Have you ever noticed that they always describe the black women on the cast as having a "strong personality?" Anyway, it sounds like she is real opinionated and that's always fun. Hopefully she will fight with Jerry.
Steven (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/bio/steven_10/bio.php): Two words - gay rodeo. I'm sold!
Renny (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/bio/renny_10/bio.php): Psycho older woman who refuses to accept her age. She will be annoying.
Dan (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/bio/dan_10/bio.php): Who cares?
Keesha (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/bio/keesha_10/bio.php): That's an interesting name for a blonde white girl. Obviously she is supposed to be the "hottie" for this season. We'll see.
