$21,000 question

anyone know about this $21k they're talking about?
a tie-in with the 21 movie but it sounds like they're saying someone has a chance to take $21k to walk out?

Chelsia won 21K in a luxury movie prize and she has gone into the diary to see if she can offer the money to Adam to get him to nominate Natalie and get her voted out of the house! The diary room person said they are going to go check and see if she can barter with her prize. Things could be a changin'!!!! I wouldn't give my "secured" 21K away when you have no idea if you are going to win the 500K or 50K at the end of the game. I would be taking the money I have already banked and head on my merry way. I am not that big of a gambler and 21K can be of good use to me. I would love to hear other opinions on this.

Seems like Chelsia won a trip to vegas worth 21K... 5K of which is in chips, so thats cash. She'll have the high roller suite, all kinds of stuff at a new casino.

She is willing to offer the trip to Adam if he will put Natalie up in James' place tomorrow. So she went to the producers to ask if it is a barterable piece... they are checking and about to let her know.

I believe when Chelsia picked up a popcorn bucket there was a $21,000 prize in it. They are planning on offering it to Adam to put Nat up on the block. :eek: Chelsia is waiting on the DR to tell her if she can.

how odd.. I thought they were talking after the comp about a Vegas trip, high roller suite etc and nobody won it - maybe BB had to give it away on a 2nd round so the hotel would get its mention lol

We have an answer from the DR folks and it was a big NO. Chelsia cannot barter with her prize because it would be like a sharing the winnings deal and that is off limits per rulebook. Oh well, I was looking forward to some bartering and seeing if Adam would cave and take the deal. CRAP! We could have had some excitement. :(

I heard that. The ruling is retarded though. This isnt part of the prize money. This is extra. Something on top of the 500K and 50K prize monies. Just like bartering with a slop ticket or something.

Those are just my thoughts on the matter. Just because I'd like to see Chelsia stay and beat out James.
